I took a suit in for alteration and when I got it back it didn't look like they had done anything except cut some buttons off the sleeves. Otherwise the suit was as ill-fitting as it was when I took in into her. When I tried the suit on in front of her she was rude, dismissive, and insisted that it fit. I wasn't going to for the baggy look--so as far as I was concerned, it was too big. I took the suit to a tailor in Bellevue and he did a great job with it.

When I picked it up, I nearly cried; I was convinced the damage was permanent after waiting so long and had lowered my expectations. But Ariel exceeded them in every way.
