Very unprofessional. The woman who owns the business cut my har great and her partner washed my hair nicely but as soon as someone else came she left me with wet hair. She had her partner blow dry my hair but he obviously didn't know how to because he wasn't getting down to my roots, when I told him that she said she was going to come and redo it when she was done with the other customer. Girl, I'm your customer who made an appointment I had to tell him to stop which I felt bad about because it got worse. When she came back to me when her other customer left I told her why did she leave me if I made an appointment and the other customer didnt. I would never recommend anyone coming to this unprofessional salon to do hair, especially with Rosie. She does not know how to do blonde hair and put her hands on me! She charged me $300 for highlights did not do my roots with several spots. Told me to use purple shampoo to fix LOL. I came back to show her spots still there, she tried fixing my hair and made it worse and charged me $150 for her mistake. Completely fried my hair. I went to this salon for a color correction and the stylist over processed my hair to the point it could no longer hold color. The result was completely fried hair, gummy, and color that would eventually fade into ORANGE. The staff and stylist were very nice but unfortunately the work was just not good. read more

She proceeds to tell me she has no availability, but also doesn't tell me what she has available, I didn't mind being scheduled far out but she can't even accommodate that. So naturally, I went in to check it out. I initially was just going to ask if they took walk ins (they do but appointment is preferred) and they we're able to take me at the time. This was my first "real" haircut, I normally just cut a couple inches off the bottom and that's it. I had called a day before and ask if they removed hair extensions the tape in ones the lady on the other end said yes... I asked her how much she said she needed to see how much I had. I was fine okay, can I go tomorrow they told me yes just get here from 10-6. Let me tell you the salon closes at 7. I told her just her there any time? and ask for you? and she said yes!!! I honestly forgot the lady name. But when I got there the assistant said she had left for the day and if I had an appointment and I proceeded to tell her I didn't because I ask the lady and she said to just get here. I asked her did she just leave?? And the girl that was at the salon NO she left a while ago. I just don't understand why would you tell someone to just get there and not be there...I drove from work and I work in Santa Ana it's a long drive I had to leave early from work and this lady doesn't consider people's time!!!the poor assistant looked like she felt bad and she didn't know what to say to me. Found this salon on Yelp after the worst hair experience of my life. I paid a "stylist" at a different salon for hair extensions and color which ended up looking like crap. Rosi and Patty were awesome and were able to fix both the color and style so that we could salvage the extensions. They color matched so well that you can't even tell that I have extensions.
