Got an eyebrow wax here and left the salon with incredibly uneven and overly thinned brows. Really disappointing.

This was my first visit and I received a pedicure. It was 30.00 and took almost an hour. It was once of the best pedicures I've ever received and I've been getting them for about 10 years. I would recommend this to anyone. All the technicians seemed very professional, and the business was pretty and looked clean. They had lots of polish and gel colors to choose from. All foot tubs are lined with plastic and filled before your eyes with hot water. I chose the basic pedicure, which starts at 30.00, but because I get the French pedi, it is always an extra 5.00. This comes with an amazing leg and foot massage, hot stone treatment, and hot towels wrapped around your legs. They have a variety of colors to pick from, and menu options to customize your package. Horrible customer service!!! I cant in for a pedicure that cost me $35 which isn't bad but the customer service I received was disturbing. Came to relax but was harassed by a male employee. He seems to think he runs the establishment. As I wait for my pedicure I hear him talking about me, the lady who was going to do the pedicure asked me a question and I guess the response I gave her wasn't suitable for him, so he proceeds to talk about me to another customer while calling me a smart ass! I heard him and immediately spoke with the manager. He then argues with me in front of customers trying to give an excuse as to why he used profanity. Don't waste your money or time on this place. Worst manicure I've ever had in my life. I could've done a better job painting my own nails. Two separate women did my mani and pedi. Pedicure was okay but my manicure is just awful. I have been going to the spa for about a year. I asked the nail tech Tee, about pricing for my next service. She had an attitude and was very rude to me. Saying you act like you can't afford it. I was only asking pricing for a service I never had. She declined to do my nails and so she is the best in the shop so no one can do my nails. This was the worse experience I have ever had. I got manicure with gel and it looks uneven like a beginner did it. When I went to another salon my nails were strong after this time they are soft and almost no gel covering them. After reading about the issues with fungus I am going to my regular place and getting it redone. read more

So happy to discover this nice nail spa in a great location right on Riverside by the Fresh Market. The super friendly staff are professional and the environment so fresh and clean. The nail spa is larger on the inside that it appears on the outside and there were several technicians available to assist with walk ins, so while appointments are an option they area not a requirement. We just stopped in for a pedicures and were super impressed with the nice color selection. I appreciate a nail spa that is hygienic. The tubs are lined with plastic and the sterile tools are opened new for each client. Like most nice nail spas they have a menu of options and I started with the basic.The basic pedicure for $30.00 includes the good scrub, nail trim and cleaning and polish. It also included a really amazing foot and lower leg massage by hand and with hot stones and the warm relaxing towels to wrap up your pampering experience. read more

My go to nail salon is usually cozy nails in Avondale as they are family owned and give a very good foot massage, but we both felt the service at Bellezza was comparable.the pedi chairs at Bellezza were very comfortable and clean. read more

I have been to this salon twice. The first time, I went with a couple of friends, and they did a nice job. The second time, not so much. I asked for a fill. The Tech, Susan, proceeded to take all of the powder off of my nails and start completely over with a full set. She was constantly stopping and talking in another language to her co-workers and laughing. She was not attentive and would barely speak to me. When she was taking the polish off, she wrapped my fingers in tin foil with some acid on the tips. It took forever because she was to cheap to just let me soak my nails off. I did not want them fully removed to begin with. Then instead of making them the length I wanted, she filed them way down, when I advised her of this, she put another tip on causing my nails to be at least a quarter inch thick. Now it has been a week and a half and they are so uncomfortable. She told me that each time I come back I will pay $45 and get a full set. I have been getting my nails done for years and never had to get a new set each time. I would love to find a salon that has at least 1 American staff member. Communication is so important. Customers don't want to hear them speaking in another language while they are working on us. read more

Great SNS manicure...at first. First impression was wonderful. Looked great for about a week, then it began to peel up. This was one of the most expensive manicures I've ever paid for, yet the worst quality. Not only did it not last, the guy was really rough and it was not relaxing. Beside the manicure itself, he was totally rude and told me "i need an eyebrow wax." Unprofessional and rude. I'd rather pay 30 dollars for something last. Thanks but no thanks, Bellezza. I was extremely disappointed with the few experiences I've had at Bellezza. The first time, my friend and I went and got pedicures. We made a reservation, so when we arrived, they seated us with the water running, and left us there for about 30 minutes before anyone attended to us (other than turning off the water). Then my friend's technician overflowed her pedicure tub and later, knocked over the hot stones on the floor. The pedicures themselves were fine but the experience left a lot to be desired. Another time, I received a gel manicure which was very uneven and the technician messed up and didn't even fill two of my nails all the way. I had to point that out to her, and then when she was painting my toes, she messed my big toe up (it was slightly noticeable) and then as I got up to leave, noticed that she forgot to put Top Coat on one of my feet. They also do not serve wine, as an FYI, but do offer soda and water which is nice. For what you pay, the service is subpar and I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

The work was ok wouldn't go back, not friendly people. I came in just before closing after work and the girl checked the time to see whether they could fit me in or not, just wanted a pedicure. They lady who did my pedi was nice, and I thought she did an ok job. For the amount of work they provide I don't think it should have been a $30 job. Afterwards I was seated to dry my toenails which was roughly around closing, in the mist of that they were cleaning. The lady who greeted me, who didn't have much hospitality came over to me and started pulling the toe separators off which was cool. Such a terrible place. My nails lasted less than a week and they have terrible quality products. Don't waste your time or money on this place. The people are rude and the nail techs just don't do a good job. I'm glad I will take my business elsewhere where I can get a good set of nails. read more

Flew in to Jacksonville from Jersey, just a overnight stay before i headed to Vegas. So needed a pedicure before i went to Vegas cause my feet was looking rough lol. I stopped at this shop got there around 630. Waited about a hour cause it was without an appointment, but when i got there it was great. Lee did my pedicure and manicure she was amazing!! I dont know if cause jersey and NY they be in a rush to get you up, half massages and dont do anything far as the bag on the feet, massage with cream on leg, hot towel and more.
