I called them up, and they said, "Come on over." I was immediately greeted by Ms. Pam, Ms. Kim and Ms. Chong was ready to take care of my feet. The pedicure is very reasonably priced, and you get a good bang for your buck. My feet felt and looked great, and I was ready for my trip. She ruined my eyebrows! I thought the wax hurt more than usual... and sure enough when the lady handed me the mirror, I couldn't believe that a huge chunk of my eyebrow was missing from the inside corner and she also took too much off of the bottom. My face looks so lopsided now. I have an event this Saturday. I just googled how long it takes for eyebrows to fully grow back and it is 4-6 weeks. I do not recommend you get any waxing services here. On top of the mistake, the lady had the nerve to try to convince me that it looked fine, she said she didn't know what happened and that she just did a "clean up" and told me to look at the wax strips... I was like yeah. See all that hair you took off... absolutely crazy. She was not even apologetic, never said sorry... she offered to put eyebrow pencil to fill it in... yeah right... like that's any consolation. Will never return. read more

I went to Bellezza Salon & Day Spa on a Friday evening. I had called several hair salons (in all fairness to others; it was a short notice on trying to secure an appointment) and Bellezza was the only place in North Stone Oak to help squeeze me in. The parking is limited as they share with other stores; however, that's manageable. I was pretty stressed out from work but my stress levels went away upon entering their salon. Their stylists are very calm, attentive and proficient. I can say the same about the customers as well. The owner is super personable and one can tell that she us very customer-centric. I highly recommend this Salon as they are all friendly, professional and proficient. You should call them and see for yourself!!!! read more

Yes, this is a place for ladies. Yet here I am. They recently placed a sign about men's haircuts. I was badly in need and this is very close to the house and they take walk ins. Jenny met me as I walked in and she and the other ladies were all in a very cheerful mood. They even teased me about my hair a bit, believe me I deserved it. I'm up for a cheerful playful tease anytime. So I thought this would go well. And it did. Jenny was not only pleasant but did a very good job on my much needed haircut. I treated 2 family members and myself. I selected this salon because I needed a place close to home that could do hair style and nails. My family members had manicure $18, gel manicure $35 and a pedicure $30 - no complaints. Two of us had our hair styled $55 each for a special event - results were unimpressive. The owner, who was hair styling, complained about the difficulty of working with our hair texture. They turned a lot of people of away for a haircut and nail services because there weren't enough employees to service them, although there were plenty of empty stations. Their credit card machine would not accept my Visa giftcard. read more

This place did a terrible job on my daughters nails. Just wanted a simple French set but the shape is terrible, the did it with a pink gel over the top- completely ruined the afternoon with a grumpy teen. We don't have time to get them fixed. They charged me more than I think the service typically costs and we even asked why she did them that way. Won't be going back. read more

I went there for highlights and a hair cut. They told me a price when I made the appointment and a higher price at the time of the services. She said it was because of my "hair volume" She kept complaining of how much hair I have and that her hands were tired. This to me was not professional. The worst part is that she butchered my hair. I went today to have a manicure shellac and regular pedicure. The owner did my manicure. She was in a bad mood, didn't applied lotion or massage my arms. After she finish instead of doing my pedicure she let me soaking and waiting 15 min until the other employee as available. He as good but he was busy, he worked on my pedicure for 5 minutes and went back to his previous client. I stood there again waiting for 10 more minutes. Until the daughter of the owner arrived, she dried my foot and painted my nails. No removing cuticles, no removing skins from my foot, no lotion, no massage , nothing. And a very bad painting job. Horrible place that Vietnamese stylist argued with me and ruined my hair! Over 30 years have never had such a disastrous cut! Not to mention the over inflated price fir the less than 20 minute hair cut. The worst cut I have received here in San Antonio. Pam co-owner took less than 20 mins to cut my hair and I asked for a long bang and it is choppy along with the length in back being uneven. This place was really nice! It's about 3-5 minutes from my house and my usual place is about 25 so I thought I'd try something new. I only saw three workers there and they all spoke really good english, it was easy to understand them. Instead of taking off my fake nails and putting a new set on to gain more money out of me, the lady told me my fakes were still good to use again so I wasn't charged as much. I went there tonight and they did absolutely terrible. I have glue from them taking off my previous nails. They didn't get the dip nail anywhere close to my cuticle. I didn't get anywhere close to the picture I showed them what I asked for. I had asked to have stones put on them and one has already fallen off. They didn't clean out from under the tip of my nail. Also one has already chipped off in the corner. And one wasn't even filed down. The shape was completely off and uneven all over my nail. If I could give this place negative stars I would. A friend recommend I try Bellezza and so glad I did. I got a gel dip mani and sugar scrub pedi with shellac and my nails turned out great! They took their time and wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. The place was clean and the employees were very friendly. Tong did my pedi and took extra time with me as they weren't that busy at the time. I love the location and they have a more relaxed atmosphere than bigger places I've been to where they rush everyone around. I will definitely be going back. :) read more

I am from out of town and needed my roots done. This place is near my sisters house so I called and they had an opening. I told the lady I needed my roots done only (med brown). My hair is ombré blonde. She started doing my roots with the bottle (no brush, no foil). I asked her to make sure she wasn't getting brown on my blond hair. She was touching the blond parts of my hair with the gloves she had on coloring my roots. She set the timer and walked away. After she left I looked at my ends and sure enough she got dark dye on it. She went and got a spray bottle and tried to wipe it off. After the timer went off I went to wash and she asked me if I wanted it blown dry. I said yes because I wanted to see if I had dark spots in the blonde where she kept touching it. Sure enough it did so she went and got bleach to try to take the color out. Then she went to get toner to put over to match the blonde. Needless to say it didn't come out. She got irritated and said, I'm gonna have to we've it to make you happy! By this time I was so pissed I told her the only thing that was going to make me happy was her not touching my hair at all. I then told her I'm not paying and then the chick doing nails said oh, I could tell you didn't wanna pay when you came in! Lmao! I said look at my hair , I look like a damn tiger with dark stripes across the blonde. She said , that just your natural hair. REALLY! They use 90's techniques and are very unprofessional. I'm giving Bellezza a 4, only because it's my first visit. Ed did my manicure and pedicure - really kind, respectful, did a fantastic job! Perhaps next time will warrant a 5! I took my daughter to Bellezza Salon on TPC parkway for a hair cut. It was the worst experience I've ever been through. Since then we have had to go to another salon to fix her hair, but it will take about three months of trims to finally get her layers to blend with her length. She has long hair and Pam at Bellezza cut her layers so short that she looks like she has a bob on top of her long hair. Not to mention the length was unevenly cut too. Called the manager at Bellezza to complain and she got defensive and ugly telling me that Pam cuts all their hair and has lots of customers that all come back to her that maybe we just miscommunicated what we wanted. Plus we paid for a wet cut and a blow dry and she spayed the hair with water and we left without it blown dry. read more

Terri started my Ped , but when someone walked in and wanted a nail polish she stopped me and did hers and then came back, I hate that, once you start someone don't leave them to attend someone else. Got the dipping powder on my nails...they looked TERRIBLE. They used the wrong clear top coat needed for the dipping powder and it started peeling off within a half hour of me being there. My nails weren't fully covered with the powder either. Just a lazy, horrible job. I had to go somewhere else the following day to get them redone. read more
