From top to bottom, this was the best experience I've had with a moving company. I'm from Texas and have used movers a half dozen times; 5 minutes into the move, I could immediately tell these guys were miles ahead of services I've used. A portion of the crew showed up 10 min early to get things started. No chit chat, no procrastination, they got right to work and began loading boxes and furniture. They were very cautious with everything by wrapping and securing anything that could've potentially damaged during the move. They had all of their supplies and tools ready and even allowed us to use some if their supplies (many movers don't). When we got to the destination, Access to the apartment was slightly cumbersome, but they were insightful and strategic enough to unload efficiently. They unloaded everything and even placed the boxes in the rooms we requested. The two most impressive things were the team's speed and cautiousness. We moved a two bedroom apartment ten miles in 2 hours 15 minutes; in Texas, none of my ONE bedroom moves were less than 2 hours 45 minutes. I would highly recommend using these guys, specifically the crew we had. Matt, Dontai, Christian, Sergio & Brandon were all great. They worked really well together as a team. read more

Bellhops is a trustworthy company that stands by their promises. I made a mistake when scheduling the move, so I ended up calling them on the spot wanting them to show up immediately. They responded professionally and promptly, did not ever put any blame on me but instead they focused on getting help immediately, and then the guys that showed up were kind, respectful, polite, hard, non-stop-working, and solid muscle. We did not have to watch them to make sure they were not wasting time nor keep them busy. They kept themselves busy. The entire WORLD can benefit from having guys being groomed into helpful human beings ... which seems to have disappeared more and more each day. I thank Bellhops for giving guys a healthy outlet to make additional money in an honorable way. Thank God for Bellhops -- not just for moving, but for the future of this country. So glad I found Bellhops! John A. and Christian E. were on time, so friendly, professional, and extremely helpful from start to finish. I moved from out of state to Arizona and needed help moving all of my boxes and furniture from my shipping container up into my new second floor apartment. They handled everything with extreme efficiency and care and had everything moved within an hour, and then even stayed to help me put my larger pieces of furniture together! I've moved several times but never used movers before and thought it might feel kind of awkward, but they actually made me feel so comfortable and included me and chatted with me the entire time while still moving everything. We hired two Bellhops recently and were pleased with the job they did. We made it clear that we had some breakable things and that we'd rather they take a little more time to move us than go fast and risk breaking anything. (We paid by the hour.) They accommodated our request and completed the job to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the experience and would definitely use Bellhops again. We were particularly impressed with Michael Beram, one of the Bellhops who assisted us. His professionalism, attitude, and helpfulness were outstanding (not to mention his strength!). Because we noticed the exceptional level of care he took with our stuff, I asked him to transport several extra items that were fragile and precious that my husband was originally going to move. Used this service this AM and was blown away with how professional Henry and Scott were! The communication before was great sent pictures of the two so you no what to expect and they arrived early! They tackled the job like champs and its was heavy lifting. I am very impressed that these adults are in school and are the future! I had two movers Matt L, and Kenan R. They were very professional, amazing at communication, and awesome overall. The move was expensive but it definitely was great having the help considering my new place had three flights of stairs, also you don't pay for time your not using, there is a timer. The truck was 30 minutes late but I called bellhops and they rein-versed me for the time wasted waiting for the truck. I was recommended this service and I would recommend to someone else. read more

Christian E and Harry W were AMAZING! I was running late (because whose moves go exactly to plan?) and Christian was so graceful and kind about it! They were insanely speedy, handled everything with care, asked questions to make sure they put everything away in the right place, and were friendly! This is a review for a Tucson team: Brandon, Christian, John and both truck (I wish I could remember their names) drivers were fantastic! On time, professional and friendly. They worked fast but all our items were handled with care. I also really appreciate they time the took taking apart and putting a crib back together.
