They are a business afterall so of course they are going to want to buy items as cheaply as they can. Then sell for a less than new price. That being said sometimes they will come down on the price. Stereotypical Pawn shop. If you are looking to pawn anything, expect to get less than 1/3, of it's value. They can't even bother acting as if they care about you as a customer. I have been to this pawn shop on a few different occasions over the years. Customer service is like night and day, depending on if you are buying or selling. For example, I had an extra portable air conditioner that I was willing to part with in the heat of one summer. I paid over $500 new. I took it in on a Sunday. They were the only place still open and they offered me less than $40 for. I said no way, which they all laughed at me as I packed this air conditioner back into my truck. They insisted I would be back. Instead, I put the air conditioner while still in the parking lot, on Craigslist and within two hours, it was sold for $240. I wasn't in a hurry but because the demand was high, it sold very quickly. I got what I wanted from it and was able to give a great price on a barely used air conditioner. No heckling, no snide remarks and didn't just sell something to a shark who is so used to getting his way, he won't even pretend as if they care about you business. Saying all that, prices on items are pretty fair. They seem to have a great selection and variety of things from electronics, tools, dvd's, jewelry and I'm pretty sure they have plenty of guns as well. My vote is 3 stars for their inventory. I am sure their prices are okay, due to the unbelievably unfair pay out, to people selling their stuff. I am recommending you take your money elsewhere. My opinion is based three deprecate and embarrassing experience's I have had over 20 years. Don't be surprised to get laughed at, if you choose to ask for at least 1/3 selling price. If you choose to sell your things that have value, be patient and sell it yourself. Get what you mostly know it's worth. read more

I haven't gone to pawn shops a lot in my life. But we go there for the $1 DVDs and $3 Blu-rays. They also have sets and a season or two of some tv shows. I read some other reviews about how the services isn't great. I agree that it isn't the greatest but honestly compared to many places it's about the same as most places you go to. For me, getting the $1 DVDs makes it worth the trip. The people that work there have never been rude. I'll keep going there. read more

I'm not ashamed to admit that my love bought me a ring that I picked out in a pawn shop. A solid gold ring that I got for 1/8th of the price of a new solid gold ring! I am not a diamond/stone person, and I don't like thin rings, so when I saw this beauty I had to have it. It's a pawn shop, it's nothing fancy, but the staff is helpful and they sell nice things. This is a very well organized pawn shop. A very large selection of power tools, a small but cute selection of jewelry, a small but good selection of current video games and a selection of firearms. All the usual pawn favourites but nice to browse in. We bought a gold ring for the price of wholesale gold and they threw in a video game at no charge. Like all pawn shops, the merchandise is priced just lower than retail. Yet everything shows extensive use. Ebay and amazon have everything new for the same price they try to sell it for. Why pawn shops don't price things to leave the store is beyond me. They must make their money on the hard luck cases that need the money immediately, or are willing to pay interest on a temporary loan. read more

Not satisfied. Went there today. Walked in with some of my daughters jewelry to trade. 300 dollars extra in my pocket to purchase one nice item of jewelry for my daughter's wedding day gift. Two men working. Speaking with one another. Never acknowledged or spoke to me. After 5 minutes I left. They watched me leave. A friend came in while I was waiting and they spoke to her. Hard to do business when your customer is invisible. Guess they have enough business and income they don't need a new customer. Good for them. read more

Recently went in looking for a floor monitor for my country-western band. Called later to get model numbers and price the two that were there. I only needed one of them and asked the lady at the counter if she would be willing to sell just one. She clearly and specifically said that yes, she could sell one individually. Later that day when I went to buy the one I wanted she said she had told me over the phone she could not split the pair. I walked out and will never go back, and I will tell every friend and relative I know to stay away. I have lived in this county since 1976 and have dealt with many reputable businesses. I bought a Air Conditioner from these guys,and thought I got a great deal, if it's too good to be true, what ever that saying is,that's where a t happened here. I paid $155.00 for a commercial cool 7000 , it did not come with anything but the unit,no hose no window kit adapter ,just the unit and remote that didn't work. So I'm thinking I can get a hose and the other things needed easy. I was wrong. It was going to cost another 100 for all the parts that were missing. I pick up my A/C and the worker said I could bring it back if it doesn't work when I get the hose.So it was put away nicely in my home till this summer. I get the hose and find out it doesn't work..it leaks water like a gallon a hour and it blows out warm air ,I can't get remote to work. So I take it back. Only to find out I'm SOL . Even though she said that I could get my money if when I got the hose I found it not to work. I wasn't given a time frame at the time.e she and I both knew we needed the hose to know for sure. She says I can not get my money nor would she buy it back,why not ?didn't you sell it to me,why sell someone something you won't buy back. Cause maybe you and I both know it'd a big hunk of junk, then after a bit of back and forth and her going to talk to her UNcle she offers a big whopping $40 ! NO THANKS I'D RATHER NOT...SEE YOU OK N COURT. I'D RATHER NOT HAVE THEM SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE,and we know they would.
