My wedding ring was a mess... multiple jewelers working on it over the years doing very poor work. Preet and Bali set my expectations, that they would do the best they could to return it to its glory but there maybe things they cannot fix. I seriously thought the ring might need to be deconstructed and a new one made. I never do reviews but this was a saving grace for me as someone who desperately needed a gold stud for my nose ring. My stud fell into the sink drain this week, so I was thrilled to hear them say they do have an extensive selection of nose rings when I called. I brought it here and they gave me a quote that same day for $200 less than the other place and they fixed it within the next week! I took My Fendi watch in today for its stem was broken. Preet, the owner of the shop, was very friendly and helpful. He explained the process he'd have to go through to fix my watch and he gave me a receipt for it. About an hour later he called to tell me that he fixed it already. I was delighted! He gets right on your project and figures out what needs to be done asap. I was amazed he called so quickly! I've had nothing but a plus service here period fantastic prices willing to work with you quality work and such a great wonderful family I'm just so happy that I started going to him and his family because I'm telling you so much cheaper than going to for example Fred Meyers Jewelers he'll do the same work for a third of the price exactly if anything better that's how I feel. He has my business for as long as he's open.I paid $130 once to have a necklace fixed at Fred Meyers the clasp and it broke again for my son just accidentally pulling on the chain and I'm going to take it to him and I know it'll be a lot just as well done and fixed correctly and I need to save money I'm a single mother but I'm not losing out on craftsmanship. read more

Bought the black Citizens Diamond Plated Eco Drive watch to add to my Citizen collection. All I got left is to get the silver one now! The owner was very helpful and reasonable with pricing of the watch. Gave me even a 10% extra discount for the watch. Sold me the watch and a nice young women adjusted it for my wrist right on the spot! Plus an extra 1 year warranty that comes with the watch when you register on the website. (Adding up to a total of 6 years of Warranty) I could not ask for better service! Spot on great management and sales rep! We bought a $700 citizen watch for Christmas. Naturally I brought it in to get it sized. Ever since that day. It has been falling off of my wrist. Finally I took it back in and ask them to fix it. They told me they could not I am on my own and I'm missing a piece. Well apparently I have been missing a piece ever since they resized it. I even told them I remembered distinctly them Becoming frustrated with the watch pin. Well it told me I'm on my own and I got a contact the company. And there is nothing they can do. I even offered to buy the part with cash or buy a new watch band. I am just basically out $700. Or whatever they charged me probly more Then they should of. This company is a joke stay far far away they will beat you out of your money and sell you garbage. Horrible!!! They do not follow their policy. I bought my husband a $300 bracelet for Christmas, it he wore it a few times and it broke (by itself not his fault) we went to go get it fixed, they refused to do it for free, made us pay and then fixed it by getting this cheap hoop practically as thin as wire and adding it to the bracelet. It looked horrible and about a week after that, the bracelet broke again and fell off without my husband knowing it. A waste of $300. And then !!!!! My husband bought me a necklace from their for our anniversary spending about $250 on it. I put it on for literally 3 hours and it broke off of my neck. I wasn't doing anything that cause it to break it was just horrible quality they completely overcharge and when we went back to return it the lady tried to say we didn't buy it, because the man rang it up as a bracelet ! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The owner and staff do no recognize their Return Policy, and will lie to your face to make sure that they don't give you your money back. I tried to return a piece of jewelry within the posted return date, and not only did the owner/manager refuse to give me my money back, but the staff lied to me about why they couldnt help me. They had no intention to help me, and they lied in front of other costomers. As a local business owner myself, i have no respect for a company, and the individuals that work there, with this type of ethical and moral base.
