We walk in an we are greeted by the owner Mr B! Always a warm welcoming man! The drinks are delicious and the wait staff also attentive. Our favorite waiter Tony describes the specials perfectly and steers us in the right direction. Food is delivered in a timely manner and at the perfect temperature. Interesting flavor combinations in addition to classic favorites. Not all have been a hit for me, but nice to try. Service has always been attentive, informed, and timely. Tge main dining room is elegantly decorated. The area that was a lounge under prior operators is a bit less formal but with good service. It was live jazz night at this comfortable,homey and romantic Italian American place with candlelight. Service was impeccable . I had the two crab cakes with a very unusual peppery sauce followed by a crabmeat stuffed giant prawn . It really hit the spot . My wife is a vegan and had the hummus veggie plate followed by the roasted cauliflower steak which she loved . Our friends had the filet mignon and loved it. The jazz was just perfect. This Italian restaurant has a 40's 50's vibe. Odd interior with pink & green color scheme with unusual pictures, but was very clean & comfortable. Linen table cloths & professional waiters. The lobster chowder was rich & tasty but not very warm which was a bit disappointing. I had chicken marsala with gluten free fettuccine. I was so pleasantly surprised at the taste of the gluten free fettuccine as it was the best I ever had. My husband had the pork chop dinner & said it was tasty but would have preferred it to be a bit more tender. read more

Our experience at Bellini's was excellent. We were very pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere. Danny Sinoff was playing with a great bassist, filling the room with the best music in town. We had oysters, which were perfectly prepared, the stuffed artichoke and carpaccio for appetizers, delicious bread and cocktails- good bartender mixing lovely drinks. For our dinners we had we had salmon served with risotto and green beans, and veal piccata. Both were well portioned and scrumptious. The vibe was welcoming with an old Florida charm. read more

Food was good but service was horrible. They started off strong with the waiter and two bartenders stopping by to see if we needed drinks or to order. We got our first round or drinks and had to beg for service the entire time from then on... the original waiter never came back... so we had to flag down the bartenders. We got there around 7 totally packed, of course no reservations. They found us a table in the room with the live music. They have a lovely jazz singer and she was fabulous. Our server Oscar was great and we really enjoyed our evening. The crowd was families, couples, girls night out, blind dates, , older, younger, it was just perfect. Owner was talking to patrons. The food was really good. The filet with fresh asparagus was so spectacular. They split the Ceasar salad at the table at no charge without being asked. Nice fresh shrimp cocktail. Beautiful desserts.Free valet... Piano music in the other dining room. I loved the food, the service, the entertainment, the energy of all staff, it was perfect in every way. Prosecco peach crème brûlée housemade with an after dinner drink if you save room to top off the perfect evening. What a find. It used to be Stillwater Grill. Opened 8ish mos ago. Was Traditions in Sanibel but after Ian the family bought the Grill and transformed restaurant into Bellini. Stopped in a few weeks ago on a Friday night with a friend. Sat at the bar for dinner. Waited about 5 min for someone to pay attention to us even though there was only one other party at the bar. The staff was all lingering at the end of the bar socializing. One of the bartenders was either drunk or doing drugs. Could barely string two words together. Should have left right there but we decided to give it a try. There was a man playing live music in the bar. Literally 50 feet away in the main restaurant, there was yet another group playing live music. I felt like I was in the twilight zone with competing mediocre music. At times it hard to even carry on a conversation. Food was below average. Risotto was very good but my steak was black on the outside and rare on the inside. My friend had the Airline Chicken. It was just ok. No one came back to check if our meal was ok. Again they weee too busy socializing at the end of the bar. I wouldn't waste your time or money here. read more

The food was delicious and well presented by the attentive server. We had scallops and the Wednesday special, fresh pistachio red snapper with a tomato-type sauce. Dessert was a prosecco peach creme brulee, which was smooth, and one could taste the peach. Neighboring table liked the raw oysters, seafood wellington and veal Piscataway. We will definitely return. Surly, grim faced man seated us after barking our name and gesturing to follow. Server took our order and told us how unfortunate we were to have missed the really good entree they'd offered earlier that week then pushed us to eat - setting entrees down while we were still eating apps and threatening to take entrees back to kitchen to keep under lights if we asked him to wait. I bussed our table (so not right). He kept coming around reaching for our plates unless we were actually in the process of placing food in our mouths (don't set your fork down). Food varied from good (seafood combo) to overcooked (roast tuna sashimi?!) or slimy (fish). There's live music (record deal doesn't look likely) which makes conversation impossible, but several seniors danced. So if you want to dance with old people to live 70s music, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your (many many) dollars. read more

We went for happy hour with a party of eight. The staff and our Bartender Torry were super friendly and so accommodating with our special requests on dietary needs. We tried every appetizer on the happy hour menu and loved every item. All very tasty and nicely presented. We also tried the Seared Scallops on the entree menu which were excellent. We went to Bellini's to enjoy the music and a nice dinner. The music Marvilla and Dean were exceptional and the food was excellent. I made a reservation and asked not to be seated at a booth and we wanted to be seated on the side where the music was that night. When we got there very few tables we occupied. The owner a small older man took us in to a back booth. We asked the waited if we could just be seated at a table. He had to go ask the owner, the owner the came back you could tell he was not wanting to move us so we just said the music people were our friends and he commented they are everyone's friends did move us up front. We spent over $300.00, got three meals, 2 bottles of wine and dessert. When we got up to do one dance we saw him motion to our waiter to get us our tickets and basically get us out. He really ruin our evening with how unpleasant he was. We saw him laughing with other customers. We were not making any noise or disruptions not sure why he was so unfriendly but when you have music I would think you would expect people to say a little longer and we made sure to keep buying wine and dessert, tip the waiter well, he was fantastic. Very disappointed with the most unfriendly and unwelcoming manager/owner. We own food business up north and would never treat our customers like he did. read more
