I come in expecting a relaxing experience and quality service, but this salon has consistently failed to meet even basic standards. The work has repeatedly been subpar, and when concerns are raised, they are met with defensiveness rather than accountability. During my most recent visit, I had to request a different technician because I did not trust the original work would be corrected properly. That should not be necessary. At this point, I will not be returning. I am also genuinely concerned about the cleanliness of the salon and the sanitation of tools. While applying polish, the woman noticed there wasn't enough remaining polish, so she added alcohol or something to extend it. I chose the basic pedicure and she treated me like I was an inconvenience. Every other worker offered their client water. Not mine. Almost no keg massage, little attention to detail. read more

I almost never leave bad reviews unless there is a health or safety concern. I am honestly appalled by the service I received from Belissima. It was clear that they wanted to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I just requested a Gel X removal and simple polish. She kept trying to upsell me on gel which put me off. She then butchered my cuticles and drilled and ripped the top layer of nail off of most of my nails. After that, she asked me to pay before putting on polish, which I found odd. She didn't let the coats dry before putting on the next, which I think led to the polish chipping off the next day without me doing much with my hands. I just found out the extent of the damage to my nails when I took off the polish today (pics attached). I would avoid going here at all costs. Busy day or not there is no excuse to rip off layers of people's nails. Oh, and yes, they will talk smack about you. We can tell. read more

I was having kind of a bad day but coming to the salon definitely changed it around. They definitely went above and beyond I got the dip acrylic set and pedicure, and I was super happy. My set came out beautiful. They took their time and did not rush with my service and Diane was absolutely the sweetest lady ever along with the other women in the salon, they gave me champagne on the house and we're just all around amazing and beautiful energy. Had a horrible first experience here. I usually get gel nails done at my usual salon but wanted to try somewhere closer to home and take a break from gel. Went in for just a basic mani/pedi and the whole time I was there they would not stop trying to sell me their gel nail services. In addition to them trying to convince me to get gel the whole time, the lady never fully took off my hard gel polish from an old set and just painted over them with regular polish. She also made my finger bleed really badly and kept gaslighting me saying "it's not that bad." After about five minutes of letting them dry she proceeded to then start putting my shoes on and give me my purse so I could leave. My nails weren't even fully dried yet and of course chipped the minute I left the salon. Overall HORRIBLE experience, will never be coming here again. read more

Came in today to get acrylic nails removed. Katie removed them and did dip powder on my natural nails and they came out amazing!!! Also didn't need to use any uv light for drying which was awesome as well. Gave me a nice hang massage while my nails dried also. Would 10/10 recommend for other people to come here! Kathy is 100000%. Full stop. She is lovely with a mad attention to detail. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, but THIS is my favorite spot. Do yourself a favor and indulge in one of the higher end pedicures. You will not be disappointed. When they say massage, they actually mean it. So relaxing. I went in for a pedicure and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. I only get professional pedicures once or twice a year, but I always keep my feet clean and well maintained. Despite that, I felt shamed by the staff--there were moments where it seemed like they were laughing and making fun of my feet, and it left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Worst nail salon experience so far. They had 2 people do my nails, first guy, seemed new and was very aggressive. Cut my finger while filing and I asked him to be more gentle. HOWEVER , that didn't happen, cut the skin on 4 other fingers both near the cuticles and under the nail. The other guy, was going a 3d flower. He tried his best with the shape which was fine but, I asked for a baby blue and he pulled out dark turquoise the first time. And drew like 2 lines and started cleaning up, I had to ask for more blue and for the lighter shade. I was running errands with my nieces in the area and had about 30 minutes to kill while waiting for my next appointment in the plaza. We were strolling and ran into Bellissima Nails Spa so I decided to wax my eyebrows. The technician was thorough and took her time achieving the shape I wanted. All four of my nieces crowded the small waxing room and the technician was patient and kind -- embracing the millions of questions my young nieces had. I didn't get my nails done this time around because I just had them done a few days prior but I did notice the color selection, and cleanliness of the salon. Worst $50 I've ever spent. Every step of the process was awful. If the place is busy, they should let customers know if they need to wait or come back later. I started by waiting awkwardly next to the pedicure chair for what felt like forever. When they finally decided to start, the water was only lukewarm. The girl kept apologizing, saying something wasn't working properly, but honestly, it didn't seem like a priority to them. To make matters worse, they kept jumping from one customer to another, leaving me feeling neglected and rushed. At one point, my toes were wrapped in wax, and by the time they got back to me, the wax had already cooled. I honestly just wanted to walk out at that point. What was supposed to be a 40-minute basic pedicure ended up taking an hour and a half, and the customer service was horrendous. From start to finish, it was a terrible experience. Not quite sure how this place gets any good reviews because from what I experienced they don't deserve even one star. read more

Update : a week later and they did my nails and they came out beautiful like always but they were super rude about my review and saying I needed to take it down both the main lady and main guy were rude and I almost left before he finished filing but wanted to give them a chance. Then as I'm paying they try to charge me more than the cat eye nails costed but said they "gave me a discount" of $10 . They tried charging 50 for a fill with no file down and no nails missing. My nails are always this length and they were barely two weeks grown out so it didn't take a lot of work , time or products. I am very disappointed in how rude they were . They have also cut me in the cuticles many times which I had posted a review up about it . And a few times before they "accidentally" sprayed my service dog with water at the pedicure spot and " accidentally" dropped part of their gel drying things on her. These were things that could've made her afraid of working at a salon again but she is so well trained and socialized that she didn't care . I have tried giving them many chances but unfortunately I will not be coming back again or deleting my review because I truly believe people should know the truth of how they are . Maybe your experience will be much better but MY experiences haven't all been good . Original :They do really good at shaping my nails and have lots of colors . Kevin is really good with stiletto but I'm not sure what's wrong with their polish or his painting but I've had two sets that peeled after a week of having them and I do not have a heavy hands on job. They also have done my toes before and my toes ended up having a super bad reaction and caused a raw spot near my toe nail that hurt really bad for a few days .The people are really nice and will fix what you need fixed if you tell them but they can be busy and not fix it. I'm disappointed because I don't have time to come back to get my nails redone after a week and they couldn't fix the two nails then so I have to go a whole week or more with two completely chipped nails . read more

Every time I go here, it's always a nice experience. I don't have a specific nail technician - all of them have been great so far.

Took almost two hours get a basic mani pedi with just paint (no gel). My daughter got mani pedi also and here are her nails after only 14 hours. They didn't prep the nails at all nor put a top coat on. Would not recommend. My lady had to redo the French manicure three times on one nail (I didn't ask her to, it was just that bad).
