There are other alternatives to transportation for going to Logan. I suggest you use them. I have been a long time customer but no more. I won't go into details but suffice it to say, it was all about tipping the driver and having it automatically added to the bill. It was plainly stated on my account that the tip was to be cash and the driver pulled away before she could receive it. I got a call from the driver if I had paid for the trip. Of course I did, they had my card on file. It was then added to my bill without my authorization. Said it was "on their website" which I had difficulty finding. So i dealt with it. read more

We had the best experience tonight with Mark, one of the drivers. He picked us up promptly for our wine pairing dinner in New Hampshire. Vehicle was clean and he was prompt as well as being very witty. He drove so safely. And was there to pick us up 10 minutes early. If you value your life, don't use this service! I was driving to work (at the speed limit, I might add), and a Bellmore van full of passengers passed me illegally on the right, nearly forcing me into oncoming traffic on a very dangerous stretch of Rte 101 in Milford. I immediately called the company and reported the incident, and was rudely hung up on by the man I talked to. I called right back and spoke to a woman, who promised to "reprimand" the driver. That driver should be fired on the spot!! I couldn't believe that a professional (so-called!) driver would risk the lives of her passengers, herself, and the public, just to move up one car in a steady line of traffic already proceeding at the speed limit. I have used this airport service for years. NOT ANY MORE We got picked up from our recent vacation to Jamaica in Boston. The elderly driver did not have a sign with our name and I had to go from sedan to sedan to find him. He said he had been waiting forty five mintues. BIG FAT LIE!!!!! I called them when we got our luggage and it was not no 45 minutes. Our luggage was the last to come out of the plane not my fault. The old guy could barely lift our suitcases into his vehicle. When we arrived at our home the driver dropped my husbands suitcase and I lost a very expensive bottle of liquor. Now I cannot get it replaced. Flew into Logan today and car was not there. Called office and was told they did not have a car booked for me, which I booked on Sunday. They called me back and said a car would be there. My husband was already on the way, and I told them I was beyond frustrated and did not want to do business with them anymore. The owner called me and left a message and said he would have his "girls" scratch my name off the client list. He also said I either must have changed my flight and not have told them or made a mistake when I booked the car as he had a reservation for tomorrow, and said there was no way any of his "girls" would have made a mistake. My moms flight was delayed by over 3 hours yesterday. I called to let Bellmore know she wouldn't be in to Logan at 10:00PM as planned - but instead 1:30AM. The flight ended up getting in closer to 2AM. Bellmore was waiting with a sign, and a smile, much needed after a full day of travel. The driver was friendly and helpful and brought my mom to Manchester, NH arriving just after 3AM. AWFUL!! Your driver tried to push me off the road, beeping his horn at me, yelling at me...followed me to "work" and at times he was on the road side of the road trying to push me off the road - then at work screaming at me and other workers outside of a SCHOOL screaming in front of children! All due to some sort of road rage on 495 into Marston St. in Lawrence. I called owner/disbatch person of this company and he didn't care...when I said that this driver should not be working for him - the owner yelled at me for telling him what to do with his employees and hung up on me! No concern that HIS employee (African American - with short spikey (braid like) hair) scared me and other workers and tried to ram me off the road!! This is the type of company this is!! If the owner or person on the phone doesn't care about something as serious as this...how can he care about his vans being safe and the drivers being safe with others!! This is the firs review I have ever written in my life, but feel this is necessary. I was a faithful customer for 15+ years but will never use Bellmore's again. Two experiences to share: 1) The driver was stuck in traffic and late to pick me up at the airport which I can understand, but they never told me how much longer the driver would be, despite I kept calling and asking. However there was another Bellmore's driver sitting in the parking lot waiting as I waited for 30-45 minutes and he would not take me home (he sat there the entire time). To make it worse when I got in the car, I was upset about having to wait so long and the driver actually was yelling at me. He couldn't understand why I was upset and there was "nothing he could do about it". Figuring this was just a bad driver and being a faithful customer, I tried again. 2) My flight from Europe came in early, so no one was available to pick me up. I called the company twice, the first time they said get through security and we will tell you how much longer. I called back as I was walking out and this time they were honest and said it would be at least another 30 minutes (no guarantee) for someone to get me. I decided to jump in a cab and called to let them know. They said the owner wanted to speak to me, I figured to apologize. How wrong I was, the OWNER called to berate me because I wouldn't wait! I told him what the dispatcher said and he said "that's not true". On top of that, he said I would be put on the "dead list". I have never been spoken to like this by a service provider. I understand delays happen, but I will not accept being yelled at and treated so terribly. I will never recommend this company again and am thankful I am on their "dead list", I'd rather walk home from the airport. read more

I will never use this service again, and strongly encourage you to find alternate transportation! Driver was a little over an hour late to pick us up from the airport, all the while we called their dispatch repeatedly to find out when our driver would arrive and were repeatedly lied to. Dispatch said "15-20 minutes out" then the next time we called because 40 minutes had passed dispatch said "hes right outside the airport" only for him to show up 30 minutes after that!! Wouldnt have been as mad if they didnt lie about the time he would arrive because we sat outside in the cold with my 5 year old daughter expecting him to show up any minute! Then when he arrived they hadnt removed the back seat to put our luggage in so we had to pile it up on the seat bench! And instead of a booster seat for my daughter to sit in they brought and infant car seat! When we complained the dispatched blamed us for miscommunications on our end????!! Avoid this company if at all possible.During the week of my daughters wedding I called to cancel one of the limo's and was told I would have to pay in full for it although they admitted not explaining their cancellation policy at the time of the booking,. Although I disagreed, I conceded because I felt that they were threatening to cancel the other wedding transportation I booked through them for the same event;. When I asked to speak to the owner, he got on the phone and said, and I quote, "I am going to make this easy on you - I am going to cancel all of your reservations" and he proceeded to hang up on me". This was five days prior to my daughters wedding/. What kind of business does that to a customer on one of their most important days with no options;. He took advantage of his position in the most unprofessional of ways imaginable. I have thought long and hard why they would be so quick to treat a paying customer so poorly and the only thing I could come up with was that they may have had a customer on the hook for the vehicles I booked that was willing to pay more so he wanted out of my agreement. Not only plausible, but confirmed by other companies that his practice is used, and perhaps even by this company. Simply a terrible business with even worse ownership and management!. I have not used their service, but I was nearly in a 2+ car accident on 93 north because of whoever was driving car with plates BMORE20. This occurred around 5:30am today 8/20/13. I was in the lane to the right of the passing lane and wanted to move over to the right. I looked over my shoulder and the lane was clear, but I did see a dark car in the extreme right lane. I put on my signal and started to move over slowly and when I was about halfway into the lane, I heard a horn and when I glanced again, this big black car was flying into the lane and passing me (on the right). I had to jerk back into my lane and then hit my brakes abruptly because a car from the passing lane was moving over as well. When I beeped at the black car and pointed to my eyes (as in "watch where you are going") the jacka$$ rolled down his window and gestured to me like he wanted to have a shouting match on highway. Completely ridiculous and dangerous - great for a car service. read more

This is a service provider that I will never use. They are totally unaware that parking on a crosswalk with a handicap ramp and blocking access to it is nothing that they worry about. This is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. We hired Bellmore to provide shuttle service to and from our wedding. The shuttle service to the venue was fine. The shuttle service on the way back was a completely different story. I was supposed to have to shuttle's going to the hotel. They both came picked up my guests and NEVER returned. Leaving me in my wedding gown standing outside for 45 minutes with a few members of the bridal party. The wedding coordinator and my Maid of Honor both called the driver. He told us he needed to pick up people from another wedding in between my runs. Meaning the company double booked the shuttles. When I called to discuss the issue with the owner he yelled at me and said they did their job and there wasn't anything wrong with the service level they provided. Would not recommend....came off a long flight only to find the Bellmore car was not in the limo lot because was not properly stickered. Told to drag my luggage and family to the second floor garage and limo was not there either! dont make the same mistake i made ! this service ended up being a miserable experience and the cars they use are not in my opinion to even be road worthy! the cars have extensive body dents and scratches with unpainted bumpers and exhaust coming into the cabs of the vehicles they use. i felt sick by the time i got out of one of their cars and when i complained about it, i got yelled at by the owner who told me he didnt need my money and to go use someone else ! i looked into their business practices and found they were being investigated by the authorities in andover, mass, for illegally running a taxi service out of the town of andover at the wyndham hotel and many others , without having the proper taxi medallions required by law and using out of state new hampshire plates as well, instead of mass plates to avoid taxes. use at your own risk ! its just a matter of time before someone gets hurt or goes to the hospital , from one of these unsafe vehicles.
