You will NEVER find a more friendly family or better work wherever you look. A few weeks ago my C7 Corvette was backed into while parked out in front of our home. After getting it to the Bell's they were quick to get an estimate sent out to my insurance and delt directly with them so I didn't have to. After going over the damages we also discussed some custom paint work on the front bumper as well as some additional touch ups. Getting the car back I couldn't be happier. Some curb rash was fixed from the previous owner, the fender and bumper were fully repainted and smoother than glass, we blacked out the side markers on Josh's suggestion, and added some black to the lower bumper for a more aggressive look while we were at it. read more

This review was long overdue. My motorcycle was sent here by my insurance (Geico) after an accident. These people are insanely talented and very very kind. Though it took a while due to parts being delayed, which is not their fault, they did an amazing job reviving the look and functionality of my bike. Whoever does the body work and paint there are one of the best I've ever seen. The decals on the tank of my motorcycle were delayed in shipping so they decided to paint the decals on themselves. At first i was worried how accurate and clean it will look but it actually came out so perfect i thought it was the decal! I would also like to talk about how Yash (excuse me if I spelled his name wrong) personally went out of his own way to help me out. This was a few days after i got my motorcycle back from them. The ride home was smooth but I ran into issues riding back to the shop to pick up a mirror for the bike. The bike randomly stopped working and just shut off in the streets. I ended up being stranded and called them for help since they were the last to really work on the bike. Yash came to help and used his own triple A to get my bike towed to the shop, free of charge! They fixed it up and its functioning like new. Words cannot explain how grateful I was for the kindness that he showed me. These people really do care about their clients, even the ones like me that were sent there by insurance. I don't know much about their pricing if you were going to them as a regular customer. Repairs: Let me start by saying I used to work at a high end body shop and I'm very well versed in how a car should be properly repainted and the process from start to finish with a keen eye for spotting imperfections. I had some minor damage over a few areas to my 14 yr old Ducati that was in very good condition. It was an insurance claim that often leaves one with hassles to deal with. However, Gail took care of it and provided my progress updates with calls and emails that kept me in the loop. While in the shop Ralph and Josh really put in the art work and high quality repairs to make my bike look so nice. Ralph's knowledge of motorcycles is deep. I crashed my motorcycle and my insurance recommended to get the repairs through them so I took the chance. We're talking about an expensive bike that had a lot of aftermarket mods and damage. But since day 1 they contacted me and we had a communication for the days to go through text which made it easy, but also through phone sometimes, always so sweet and attentive. Anyhow.... The result was AMAZING. They let me pick whatever parts I wanted, got a hold to parts that i had on it before, they made the bike look better than new! Extremely dissatisfied with their work. Had my motorcycle taken in for repairs over 3 weeks ago. Contacted the shop on Monday. I was told the motorcycle would be ready on Friday by the end of the day. I was also told I would receive a call around noon on Friday to let me know when to pick up the motorcycle . I never received a call, in fact I had to call them to check on the status of my motorcycle. I spoke with "josh" who explained to me the motorcycle is not ready. Josh stated that they had all the parts three (3)days prior and failed to do any work on the motorcycle. When I asked him why didn't they do any work Josh's answer was "we didn't get around to doing it yet". I asked Josh if my motorcycle was low on their priority list he stated "no" and again stated "They" never got around to working on it. I told them this is unacceptable and I was very upset with the way my case was being handled. Josh informed me that the bike "should" be done the following Monday, and that I would be receiving a call (am) on Monday. Josh did not have any answers as to the delays in getting my motorcycle fixed. I told Josh that this was unacceptable and that a poor review will be submitted. My claims adjuster stated that this establishment was a very satisfactory and the workmanship excellent. Maybe what my claim adjuster may have left out is that when they can get around to fixing my motorcycle the quality is very good. Right mow I am very unsatisfied with the amount of time my motorcycle has been left unattended. I guess my motorcycle was low on their priority list. If I can give this establishment zero stars I would. If I ever need damage Repair on my bike in the future I will insist to my insurance company that I will mot have my motorcycle taken to this establishment. read more

I took my side-by-side to a dealership and I had it repaired and all they fixed was the cosmetic stuff after I got it home I found it was more damage so I called my insurance and they recommended me to take it to bills auto sport and josh went over all of my concerns with me and due to Covid it took a little longer than expected but he went above and beyond and made my side-by-side better than new I would recommend them.
