Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. She started cutting half of what I have on top. My hair does not grow that fast and now my hair is way shorter than what I wanted it to be. When I talked to the manager, she did not care about the service and still had me pay half of the haircut. This is unacceptable. The manager was there during the whole process of my haircut and watched her cut without asking how much to cut off. She never once stepped in and handled the situation. I want a follow up from the owner because this is ridiculous.
