Take into consideration that it's your eyes and you only have two and this can be a danger towards your vision! She did absolutely amazing! It only takes about 1 1/2 hours. Brittany did my tattoo - after not having the stencil for either of my other choices, I decided on a few finger tattoos. My sister also got a tattoo and immediately after paying we both regretted our decisions to get these. The line work is horribly inconsistent, there were errors all over. Two weeks after proper aftercare (I have many other tattoos) the tattoo is almost completely gone. This artist does not possess the qualifications and skills to be called a fine line tattoo artist and I would not recommend.

They even begged me to return, claiming they wanted to make things right and ensure I left happy. But when I didn't respond to their repeated calls, they changed their tone entirely and edited their response to now claim I was never even booked at their location. This is ridiculous, and I won't let it slide. I have full proof of my appointment--including screenshots of the booking clearly showing their business name, location, and time. I will attach these here. Stop bluffing and misleading people. If you think bluffing and trying to manipulate customers into silence is the way to do business, think again. She finally started with me at 6:25 PM--10 minutes late even by the scheduled time. What upset me more was the constant upselling. She pushed for bikini waxing and tried to talk me into facials I never asked for. I know what services I want, and I'm paying out of pocket--I don't need to be pressured into more. The waxing was rushed and sloppy, and the eyebrow threading was terrible--uneven and nothing like what I asked for. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I'm sharing this so others are aware. Signed contract yet there No disclosures indicating there is a forfeiture of funds. Ms. Hassan also acknowledged via text she doesn't have a disclosure for this nor is it on her website. On 4/29/21 I scheduled with the owner of this business and signed all required forms. I paid her the full amount of $350 on this date. After multiple times of her cancelling and rescheduling on 6/26/21 I requested a refund after she yet again requested to cancel days before our appointment on 6/28/21 and wanted to reschedule. She is now stating she offers no refunds (not in any of her documents) she also acknowledged this via text. She is willing to give me a partial refund but has to keep $100 as a non-refundable deposit. Again, this is not in any of her disclosures or anything that I signed. After her initial paperwork is all Esign now she wants me to come in to sign another form. She took my money via Zelle with zero issues. This is ridiculous. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB also. Horrible business practices for someone who had to cancel several times claiming they had covid and now penalizing others. The only thing your comment proved is what a fraud you are and that I will see you in small claims court. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong and you are 100% wrong.
