Since this has happened to us on more than one occasion at this restaurant, I contacted Popeye's corporate. They offered us 600 rewards points "that you can use immediately on an upcoming order!" No thanks. Instead, I asked them to issue a refund to my son's credit card for the cost of the sandwich he never received. The customer service rep said he would send the request to the store, but "as a reminder, our restaurants are franchisee-operated, and they hold the right to approve or deny refunds at their discretion." That was the last time I heard from Corporate or the franchisee and no refund was ever sent. So now they've lost a customer. Looking at some of the previous reviews for this location, I see that we're not the only ones who have had food missing from their orders. I once owned a franchise (in a different service) and when a customer had a complaint, I did my best to correct the issue. I didn't ignore it. But that's what this owner chose to do. So now they've lost our business. And based on their lack of response to my issue, I'm sure they don't care.

This is one of those spots you love to patronize because the people are very friendly, the food is good, and it's not going to break your wallet.
