Sometimes I find their little light handed, but they're always willing to add a little more to get you where you wanna be. I've never had an issue with the staff, they are always happy and accommodating. The seating area is always clean and there are several tables so space is never really an issue. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be that some of the dishes require cooking in the back, and those can take a long while if you order them. Items such as the burgers, and chicken nuggets, are definitely pre-frozen and almost assuredly meant for children. Stick with what they do and you'll be absolutely happy.
