You gotta help him!" And when you go in there to help him he just pulls it out easily and laughs because his foot wasn't stuck. It wasn't stuck at all he was just faking it. And then they get really serious and say "It's turbo time!" and they both start running around the house as fast as they can and jumping over the couches, but when you try and jump in they yell at you and they say "YOU'RE NOT PART OF THE TURBO TEAM! DON'T RUN. YOU DON'T RUN WITH US! WE'RE THE ONES WHO RUN! UNTIL YOU'RE PART OF THIS TURBO TEAM, WALK... SLOWLY!" . So you go and lay down to be by yourself and read your art books, but then the next day you went to the bathroom and it looked like the hole in your toilet had shrunk. You said, "How could that be? There's no way they could have shrunk the toilet." but then you saw in the trash, a receipt from Home Depot for a toilet the exact same size as yours, but with a joke hole that's just for farts! They replaced your real toilet with a fart toilet! And now you can't take a dump in your house, cause your toilet can't suck them down, and you feel sick to your stomach! Bob saw an opportunity to take advantage of a woman who knew nothing about plumbing and charged her 1,000 and never fixed the issue. Instead he "spent all day" at her residence and replaced a toilet she never even needed. I tried to call him back to get him to fix the problem but he has been avoiding our phone calls. Unfortunately, we will more than likely have to go to small claims court. It is sad that there are people in this world like Bob who look to take advantage of people.

I called Rostron and was advised a technician would be there between 9 and 10 that morning. But, at 8:10 Evan called and said he would there in 10 minutes. He arrived and proceeded to diagnose the problem with our older system. He spent some time working all aspects of the unit and discovered the problem was in the part of the system removing water from the humidifier. Because I'm new here and didn't make many friends I don't entertain and from 2018 until 2020 I used. them twice. I went to turn them on in the beginning of the pandemic and the one end of lights was flickering so the technician came out to look at them and said I suggest you tap it to make it go on. From 2020 2022 again because no one coming to see me I never really use the lights twice if that and I went to use them in January 2022 and the middle section was Dim. So I called the number and the gentleman who answered the phone was very nasty to me and said well it's been four years and I could see if it was for years if I use them every day ot three times a week but if I use them for maybe five times in four years that was a lot I didn't see the issue with the lights burning out but if I use them for four or five times in the course of four years I can't see the lights burning out but they came in January 2022 I spoke to a woman Maryann at the office she was pleasant and they didn't charge me for the visit they said the contact went bad and the actual wires on all the lights were cut very short to be very careful because they could shift and fall off very easily. Well it's 2 to 3 weeks later after the visit and the whole middle section is totally out now. Now they want me to pay for $199 for a visit and for new lighting but unfortunately being a single income I cannot so now I have no lights or partial lights working under my kitchen countertops. Looks horrible If they would've told me that this issue would happen if I didn't use them or did use them I would've never gotten these lights and would have gotten s regular fixture with the bulb to change now with wires being short and be careful if you make any sudden movements but All i know is I turn the lights on to go to bed and woke up this morning and half of them out
