I had a brow lamination and they did not disappoint. The salon is tucked in a cute townsy looking building but inside was very relaxing. I was nervous because I've never had anything crazy done to my eyebrows other than a threading. Bel was there late and took me the same day within an hour as I was driving home from Orange County which I was very appreciative of. The experience was very GOOD! She explained everything she was doing and was willing to discuss the look I was going for. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. When I got up from the chair I was in absolute awe of Bels work! Wow! Going to Mahsa at Belris for my permanent makeup was a life changer! I absolutely love my gorgeous new micro blade eyebrows! They are a delicate and lovely shape! She listened to what I wanted and worked with me on the shape and color. Then she did my eyelash line and eyeliner which was also semi- permanent. Again, a work of art and lovely shape. Belle shaped them so carefully and checked and rechecked her work. She also left room for darkening on the one month touch up, so if i want to darken the eyeliner I can ask for that. Such an amazing experience!! I'm from Hawaii and was looking to get my eyeliner done. I'm so glad I came across Belris. When I went in for my appt she was very friendly and attentive. We did a brief consultation to go over my preferences then drew out a stencil. She was open to any changes I wanted and didn't make me feel pressured at all! Once I was happy with the stencil, we went into the tattooing which was a great experience too. Prior to the stencil, she had numbed my eyes so the pain was very minimal throughout the procedure. Whatever you do stay away from this place. She over processed my lashes while doing what she calls a "lash lift". She proceeded to fix it and didn't protect my lower lashes while arguing with me and while I told her to stop what she was doing because my eyes were burning. She wouldn't stop for a few minutes and when she finally let me go she wanted to take photos for her portfolio and wouldn't stop trying to take pictures. My lashes are wrecked after I got my eyelash extensions removed. I had to do it because I kept feeling discomfort after each fill. I was always nice and always tipped nicely. She was also always very nice and I loved how they looked. But my natural eyelashes are now droopy, some seemed to be snapped in half because they're blunt, and a lot are pulled out. They do not look how they did when I came in. My friends and family said there is a noticeable difference. My first appointment I had I said this was my first time getting lash extensions and she didn't guide me through the process, I had to ask how to take care of them. I'm going to have to try and grow them back. The removal process was also super painful and she had to put the glue remover on me twice and kept pulling on my lashes and I expressed it hurt. I tried giving her a chance over and over and she just told me i might be allergic. If that was the case I wish after my first refill she would have advised that maybe it's just not safe for my eyes. I still don't know if that's true because the skin around my eyelids is healthy and was never puffy. I paid for every service still expect for one because she said she did something wrong. I'm never getting eyelash extensions again. She asked if i had allergies and I said to latex during my removal. Then she told me "oh these products I use have latex like ingredients". Why wouldn't you disclose that on my first appointment when I said it was my first time. read more
