They have a monitor to watch Netflix during procedures, massage patient seat, blankets, and good communication with the patient. I take my child to them as well, and they are good with her as well. When I walked in, Black Sabbath was playing on the waiting room radio. While I appreciate them, not sure that's what anyone wants to hear in a medical office. Dana was working the desk and snapped at me for being late. I filled out my paperwork and had some confusion on my end regarding my insurance, thanks to recent job changes. I attempted to rectify this by having my info faxed to the office. She snarled, "You don't even know your own damn information," at which point I decided to leave. She got belligerent and, when I slammed the cheap, lightweight office door she screamed, "Don't slam my fucking shit!" No wonder the waiting room was empty and Dana was sitting at the front desk instead of working. This is the worst health care "professional" I've encountered in my 47 years. I can't help but wonder how many people she's scared away from getting proper dental care. Yep, this is the person I want putting sharp objects in my mouth.

You pay for a dentist to see what the problem is, you get a quack and had to pay out again for a respectable dentist, if a tooth needs a crown the cracks can't bew below the gumline, which they failed to proceed, 1 of the reasons I prefer a endodontist dentist, b/c their xrays are like a TV, clear as the day is long, Joe told me that's why i am what I am, as I started seeing him, I started to believe that it's best to know what is under the pulp,etc. Thery know the structure of the tooth and done things without telling you and you pay for their mess ups, which costs us more b/c they are not repaired and pone to having the teeth get worse, This is my erxperience when I went there, but If I remember right they were at another location, right next to Dr Colon's office, b/c I seen the office beside his and thiinking what a foul name for a Dr

Worst dental experience I have ever gone through. They gave me numbing shots so I could have my…read morecavities filled. They proceeded to have me sit there for an hour after the numbing shots. I told them that it was wearing off. They did not listen to me. They started with my fillings and I told them it hurt, they then asked me if I had have dental work before... so condecending given they have my Xrays and know I have. After I stated it hurt again, they stopped and decided to refer me to an anestheisa center and had me leave. They said no dentist would able to work on me. I went to another dentist the same day, they were great and were able to do my fillings the same day. Why? Because they actually listened to their client... NEVER GO TO SMILE TEAM DENTAL!!!!!
