The only con is that sometimes it takes a while to get seen, so be sure to book early. My teeth feel so much better after working with them for a few months and I'm grateful for that. He fixed a major gum bleeding issue I had using a laser device and since then, I have been walking in the paths of Dental Righteousness. He accepts the TRICARE Retiree Dental Plan, but he is not in their network. Despite prodding from TRICARE, I am more than willing to pay the additional cost of Dr. Schillinger's care because the Dentist-in-a-box places (cough-Heartland Dental-cough) don't offer the same care and concern. She asked me if I wanted to speak to the other receptionist. I said yes. After being on hold, she did not transfer me to anyone and told me to go to another dental office. 3. I asked them if they could file the claim for me in October, and if insurance wouldn't cover it, I'd be happy to pay out of pocket. They refused to even try to file the insurance claim, stating their "policy" tells them not to. I understand being worried insurance won't cover the appointment, but I'm angry at the fact they wouldn't even try to file the claim without a good reason, especially when I told them I would assume the risk. I also think the front desk was unprofessional in saying she'll let me speak to another receptionist but then turns around and tells me to go to another dental office. I DO NOT recommend this office, especially to my fellow military spouses. Please go anywhere else.
