I have sent 5 emails, left 3 voicemails, sent 7 text messages to the manager, Alli, and sent 2 direct messages on Instagram over the past two months trying to get a refund, and I am still waiting on a response. I asked about pricing and exceptions The man in the front explained everything however what was not posted or even stated was their agreement rules. I was told that upon signing up I would receive a call to set up a day and time with the trainer; 299 for 4 weeks one day a week. When I signed up it was the beginning of the month ( February 2nd) strike 1 did not receive a call to schedule until a week later, strike two could not match schedules so I asked them to cancel my membership and because we could not find something that matches our schedules and I never was given services to refund me. They said in their agreement that they do not do refunds. Where is the agreement posted in their gym, and it was never sent to me. I literally had to search their website to find information. I disputed the transaction within my bank and lost...ok fine but now they say I owe 65 after multiple emails telling them I want nothing to do with company is crazy. This company is not honest, not transparent, and my experience has been the worst!

I'm a proud mom of a sponsored Under Armour Professional Track & Field athlete. This past week we…read moredecided to visit Baltimore for the holidays. During our visit my son gave us a private tour of the new UA Global Headquarters near the Baltimore harbor. We started the tour at the visitors center and received some historical information about Under Armour, it's origin and founder. There were plaques and memorabilia of legendary athletes and celebrities that are sponsored by the brand. We then toured the performance center which includes strength and conditioning training, classes and equipment. The is an infrared sauna and recovery room which was designed with all athletes in mind. The design center was closed for visitors but Ben a generous E-Commerce employee took the time out to give us a personal tour of the indoor basketball facility, dining area, design studio, sample room, focus group area and what's next for Under Armour. I was so impressed with his knowledge and willingness to share the new releases for Black Friday. Which is going to be HUGE savings. There is so much science behind the brand with families and athletes in mind. We drove a few minutes off campus to view the new track & field stadium that will also be used for soccer and football. The track was bright red with hints of gray throughout. I can't wait to see my son race on this track in the future. It's scheduled to be completed in 2023.

I am a huge Under Armour fan. This Center is located on the UA headquarters complex. It has top…read morenotch equipment, wonderful organized classes and a small artificial turf football field along the water. The complex is very picturesque and can be distracting to workout if you are a UA fan. So, I suggest you get all your pictures out of the way before you workout. There is a few parking spots in front of the center, but most of them are marked as reserved. The Center does have one stipulation for working out here. You must wear Under Armour gear. That was not hard for me though, because that I what I mostly wear anyway. Even if you don't want to or can't work out, just visiting the campus is impressive. It is a great location, right off of the Patapsco River and across from the wold famous Inner Harbor
