Haven't been to a Ben and Jerrys in years so we had to come here when we noticed it. Pricy but good. I enjoyed my berry berry extraordinary blueberry raspberry sorbet. When one of our kids had a party foul, they took care of him. Great service. The shop itself is small but clean, and there's outdoor seating. Our first time eating anything that was not cooked in our home in 3 months! Even behind the masks, the staff was incredibly friendly. Atmosphere - A standard ice cream parlor with the vibrant colors of what we expect from Ben & Jerry's. Food Treat - Margarita sorbet, I do love a good sorbet. Was it Margarita well no because there was no booze in it. Close enough. This would great on a really hot day, which today was a drizzly wet afternoon. We went here for the first time Saturday and came away impressed. The place was very clean and had a nice decor. Located write off the lake is a great location they will get alot of business. the first thing you smell when you walk in is the waffle cones YUMMMY!!! They had a great amount of flavors to choose from. They will let you try any flavor you want so you know if you like it before you buy it which is great! I ordered a Coffee, Coffee BuzzBuzzBuzz & Triple Caramel Chunk on a chocolate waffle cone it was really good. I will say for two cones it was just under 11 bucks. The ice cream was top notch I love both flavors and cant wait to come back again. However you must understand Ben & Jerry's isnt cheap you pay for high quality here. Can beat the ice cream. It is what it is. The problem is leaving a bunch of kids there working with no real supervision. We were Standing in line and when the kid(male) finished with the people in front of us he turns and walks to the back of the store. He didn't even acknowledge us. Rude!!!! And I could see him talking with another employee(female) about personal BS. There were at least 4 employees there. We still waited almost 5 minutes for another kid to come out and help us. This is the nicest ice cream shop I've ever been to. One of the employees gave me a nice compliment on the dress I was wearing - so sweet! We had the vegan non dairy peanut butter cup ice cream OMG it was amazing!!! Went today as a special treat for my daughter's birthday. We did a couple other things first & she was tired & a little cranky (she turned 4 today). Brandi (I believe that was her name) came to the table & offered to get her a different flavor when she saw my daughter wasn't eating her ice cream. My daughter said no, but Brandi continued to talk to her to make her feel better, & made a big deal about her birthday. It worked, because my daughter ate her ice cream after. This young lady made a point to make pleasant conversation with others as well, & even wished my daughter happy birthday again as we were leaving.
