Fiancé and I stopped in here after spotting it from our drive back from the wineries and the cannolis caught our eyes. This is a small mom and pop shop so tight squeeze and usually a line out the door but the cannolis...the best we've had in years! It's all homemade and they put the filling in fresh, in front of you, every order! Customer service was top notch as well! The cashier who treats you like family always lets new customers try their filling on a spoon before buying. Highly recommend this spot after a days drive. read more

After a beautiful day in Watkins Glen State Park, I wanted to walk over and grab some cannoli from Scuteri's Cannoli Connection. Google Maps said it was roughly a 15-minute, 0.6-mile walk from the glen. I had no idea the business was going to be operating out of a residential home. It's not a big deal. It was just unexpected. A few things didn't sit well with me. #1. The service was not very warm, welcoming, or friendly. Customer service could be improved overall. #2. I ordered a dozen small cannoli for $16.50. According to my receipt, I was charged 11 for $16.50, and I only received 11. So, they shorted me one cannoli. #3. The filling was supposed to be Ricotta Chocolate Chip, but the filling had little to no chocolate chips. It would be great if they could add more mini chocolate chips to the filling. #4. The cannoli filling came in a large commercial tub. The commercial tub gave me the impression that they don't make the filling themselves. I do give them props for filling the cannoli to order so that the shells maintain their crispiness. All in all, it was a decent cannoli; just not 100% sure it's homemade. read more

My husband and I decided to stop here, and we are happy we came here and ordered a dozen if cannoli. It was very delicious after we received a sample. The prices on the cannoli was also very amazing too. The pizza looked really good . Next time we will have to try it out. Scuteri's has the most NYC style pizza we have had in the finger lakes and it is always delicious. The cannoli are excellent and no trip to Watkins glen is complete without a stop. The employees are always friendly and although I wish they had somewhere to sit and eat, we have often taken our food across the street to the park and eaten at the lakefront which is always nice. read more

In response to the reviewer below Melissa W.: why leave a review 3 months later? Seems odd. As a local that frequents the shop, your review is quite surprising and inaccurate. I have always received top notch service and have no complaints in that area. It's a small family owned shop attached to their home, but separate. You've never been to a shop like that before?? I find it hard to believe you were shorted a cannoli, maybe you miscounted? It also looks like you messed with the box before the picture was taken. Whenever I've gotten a box like that, the bottom row is always separated with paper from the top row. The filling is homemade and is made fresh with their own delicious recipe. They make such a large amount because they go through so much of it so quickly. It is stored that way because there is so much of it. Don't assume it's bought and leave an inaccurate review. The filling is perfect just the way it is and doesn't need to be altered in any way. I realize everyone is entitled to their opinion, yours just happens to be inaccurate in this case. :) Now for my own review, the chocolate dipped cannolis are off the charts! This was another place in the Finger Lakes region that seemed overhyped to me. We had some pepperoni pizzas to-go (they seem to do takeout only), and while the toppings were good, I thought the crust verged on overcooked and lacked a good chew. We also had some cannolis which seemed to have stale shells, but good ricotta filling. I'd give it a shot again if I was starving, but it's just not a place I'd recommend. :( read more

Best cannoli I've ever tasted. The ricotta cream filling was chilled...and pure tasty perfection. The shell is crunchy...and doesn't fall apart (even an hour later)!! The cannoli shell is filled once u order it...by the owner himself!!. I ordered two minis which for me was satisfying. Wow, this is really the best cannoli you people have ever had? Maybe it's the only cannoli you ever had. The filling was substandard. The filling is supposed to be light and creamy with bits of hand cut chocolate not a few cheap chocolate chips. Also, the filling should be made with ricotta cheese. I'm not sure there is any ricotta in this filling. To me the filling was just a mixture of powdered sugar and water. Very surgery and dense. Almost gritty. The cannoli were delicious. You get a choice between plain and chocolate covered for the shell. They are filled in front of you after ordering. The person helping us asked if we had been in before, which we had not, so they offered a taste to each of us of the filling. We actually had gone for pizza, but they only serve that on Friday and Saturday and we were there on Thursday. Service was friendly and quick. I'm from Philadelphia and grew up next door to Termini's bakery, an authentic and very popular Italian bakery. Their cannolis are my favorite ever but these are a VERY close second. It's a tiny place a few blocks off the main drag, but it's an easy walk. The cannolis are filled to order - a ricotta cream with chocolate chips. Hands down the BEST cannoli I've ever had! We also got a few of the chocolate ones, also delicious. Their tiramisu is also pretty good.

We had to drive fast, but we made it 15 minutes before closing. It was worth risking the ire of the New York state troopers. We picked up some cannoli and cannoli cake. My only regret is not also getting some cookies. The cake was somewhat middling, but that was ok. The cannoli more than made up for it. The filling had the right sweetness and tanginess, and texture and flavor. The owners were also very friendly, patiently enduring our excitement over the cannoli and questions about where to grab some dinner. read more
