If they don't have a flavor listed up on the board you want, they may have it on the ice cream line. There isn't a lot of seating inside but there is some and plenty of seats outside. We got three milkshakes and a cup of ice cream and the person who was helping us wasn't mad about that at all. He happily made us the items and even gave us the extras when it made too much to fill the cup. I really appreciated that. He was just so nice and friendly and really made our day. There were two young guys working when we went and both were very nice and helpful; excellent customer service. Came here with my grandma and got the mint chocolate chip and the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream both on plain sugar cones! It was very creamy and the staff give a hefty portion for a single scoop. I like how it doesn't have the ice top on it so you can tell it's fresh ice cream - the consistency was a little too creamy for me I like my ice cream a bit more hard but the flavor was all there! Sunday evening and pretty busy. 3 employees working and can tell they were in a "rush hour"! they were friendly enough but didn't really have the time for you to not know what you wanted when you got to the front to order. i loved the honesty when i asked about a certain flavor i wanted - mainly that it might be too sweet, but if it's something i like that i would enjoy it! we ended up with 2 waffle cones and 4 different flavors! chocolate chip cookie dough and strawberry cheesecake were the winners of the 4! small place with one way in and one way out to control traffic, unfortunately the entrance is at the "out of order" restroom which is not ideal since you can smell a restroom when you're standing at the door waiting in line - not much they can do about that since the register is positioned on the opposite end. read more

We ordered online and prepaid for chocolate, chocolate cake. The cake was delicious and rich. It was a nice size and lasted more than a few days inside the freezer. Four of us ate off of it for over a week as we didn't eat a slice every night. It was easy, fast and convenient to place the cake order online. Happened to be staying at the nearby GVR, decided to go on a walk and being a very hot day I was elated to see Ben & Jerry's close by! Obviously decided to stop in for a scoop and was happy to see my favorite, Phish Food. The scoop was delicious as always, the service was great but only gripe is the size of the location. As soon as the indoors has over three customers it's seemingly shoulder to shoulder. So if you aren't a fan of close quarters this may not be your favorite location. read more

I always love stopping here when we are at the district for a scoop of ice cream because Ben & Jerry's is delicious. So when I celebrated a birthday recently and wanted to do a different kind of cake, I ordered a Ben & Jerry's ice cream cake. You can fully customize a cake on their website and pick it up at your store of choice. I chose vanilla and chocolate fudge brownie ice creams with a brownie layer in between and vanilla frosting. The small cake was $28 and was able to be cut into 8 generous slices. I'd recommend letting it sit for a few minutes before trying to cut into it. In all it was delicious and something I'm looking forward to getting again, as they make a range of holiday cakes too, from Halloween to Christmas, to Mother's and Father's day. Luckily I had a spoon so I just picked and ate them. As for the rest of the ice cream and white chocolate dipped cone, I chucked it before I passed out from sugar shock. Seriously, look up the ingredients for their ice cream even the non dairy ones lists sugar water, corn syrup, corn syrup solids as the first 5 ingredients. 2 stars for inventory of ice cream flavors this location has. Practically all chocolate. Only two strawberry choices? Mr. B. originally wanted a sundae but it was either candies, nuts or chocolate syrup for toppings. No fruit (ie strawberries).
