I came here primarily because a short time earlier, I ate at "The Crab Shack" around the block and over a small bridge in Kennebunk. They provided me with a "buy one single scoop cone, get one free". So being the frugal foodie I am, decided to capitalize on the 2 for 1 deal. Not sure if it's worth paying full price for.....but the "deal" certainly made it palatable. Everything in the area is overpriced because it's an extremely touristy area that relies heavily on summer business. But the young gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and a hard worker, so I recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area and in mood for some ice cream.

Can you tell I liked the squeeze options? Too bad the caramel solidified on contact with the chilly yogurt. Also too bad they don't have my favorite all-time topping - mochi. Sampling is not encouraged due to some folks taking advantage last season, but if you ask, they'll probably let you. Tart? No. Sweet? Yes. I liked all the flavors I tasted, but the fudge brownie was too liquidy - forgot to tell him so he could fix it, oops! If I remember correctly, the per ounce price here is 49 cents, but my nice little cupful cost me $3.78 due to the addition of tax. I also remember seeing some sign mentioning low-fat, but I don't know if it was for all their flavors or just certain ones. No tables or chairs inside, but they do have a few benches just across from its doors where we relaxed for a bit with our cool treats.

You should note that they serve Gifford's ice cream, which is local to Maine. The staff was friendly and the service was very quick. Sat at a picnic table next to the ice cream trailer and enjoyed my sundae while watching cars pull in across the street for a car show. Would certainly go back to this place.

I ordered two and, while my partner in crime absolutely LOVED his, I wasn't really a fan. The sandwich comes on a baguette and is filled with a slab of coconut curry marinated tofu, pickled veg (like carrots and radishes), spicy vegan mayo, and cilantro. Unfortunately, my bread was pretty burned - as such, that black toast char was the dominating flavor (and smell). It was also the dominating ingredient as the slab of tofu was much smaller than I was expecting. In the end, I tossed the bread and ate just the tofu and veggies (which, again, I wish there had been more of, and much less of the stems of cilantro). Loved the variety of spices that came from the individual components of the jalapenos, the curry, and the spread though! While I was disappointed in the sandwich I got (especially at $11 when compared to sandwiches of similar prices from other food trucks), I still think they're great. The person taking my order was super friendly, the person making the food was engaging, and their passion to use as much fresh, local ingredients as possible is impressive and appreciated. Also the presentation of their food is stunning, and proves that restaurant quality food can come out of a mobile kitchen. While they might not be my first choice, I definitely appreciate what they're creating and the flavor profiles they're exploring!

It's not often that I walk away from a food truck thinking portion sizes align with both the quality and the pricing, but this one nails it.
