I came here primarily because a short time earlier, I ate at "The Crab Shack" around the block and over a small bridge in Kennebunk. They provided me with a "buy one single scoop cone, get one free". So being the frugal foodie I am, decided to capitalize on the 2 for 1 deal. Not sure if it's worth paying full price for.....but the "deal" certainly made it palatable. Everything in the area is overpriced because it's an extremely touristy area that relies heavily on summer business. But the young gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and a hard worker, so I recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area and in mood for some ice cream.

I liked all the flavors I tasted, but the fudge brownie was too liquidy - forgot to tell him so he could fix it, oops! If I remember correctly, the per ounce price here is 49 cents, but my nice little cupful cost me $3.78 due to the addition of tax. You should note that they serve Gifford's ice cream, which is local to Maine. The staff was friendly and the service was very quick.
