First off I was seeking a Rolex for sometime and Katy has been searching for one but no luck on that front. However keeping in contact I reached out one day and asked about the ceramic Tudor Black Bay that's a boutique only piece. My luck she knew whom to ask and she said "YES" it can happen. I was shocked and waited a few weeks and the text came in saying "It's here for you"! OMG could not believe my eyes.... I couldn't move fast enough and raced in. Needed to get my ring fixed, and this spot looked pretty trustworthy. I took it in and was taken care of by one of the employees and he was very kind and helpful. Gave me a very reasonable quote and timeline to get my ring fixed. He explained all the complications that it could entail, and even though he said the store would not be able to warranty it because it was a Almost guaranteed break again I understood why. He did say typically they warranty their work for one year. Within the time Line estimated I was able to get my ring back and it looked beautiful and good as new. He did mention that the price was over what he originally quoted, but he was going to keep the quote he gave me so I think I saved some money. Came in looking for some gift ideas for my wife while out Christmas shopping. I'm not much of a jewelry guy and have no idea what anything should cost. Staff here were so helpful and patient while I looked at some necklaces. When asked if I wanted to see anything else, I thought what the heck, how about some of those Rolex watches? To my surprise, the Rolex sales rep, Seema, was so patient while she explained the basics and also gave me a realistic timeframe for trying to get one. I bought a gold necklace from Ben Bridge (Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood WA) in 2023 as a birthday gift for my daughter. Within two months, a small heart charm fell off. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I later bought her a bracelet from the same brand for Christmas 2024. Unfortunately, it broke twice in a short time. After leaving a review, I was contacted by their team. They apologized and promised to help--but nothing was resolved. Now, the necklace is falling apart too: the base inside the heart charm came loose, and my daughter was heartbroken again. It's shocking that a brand like Ben Bridge sells jewelry of such poor quality. I expected lasting pieces, not constant repairs and disappointment. I and my family have exclusively purchased from Ben Bridge since my grandfather proposed to my grandmother back in the 1940's. I have definitely seen my fair share of snobbiness in jewelry stores, but have always felt like Ben Bridge is a safe place to shop. I came in to inquire about a Rolex and mentioned my history and my family's history to kind of help along the process of being on the list for one. I was told that there was no definite timeline for such a piece, makes sense given the market for Rolex has been a rough one for years now. Totally fine! What I was not fine with, was that the watch magically appeared in their shop less than a week later with a demanding tone of coming in ASAP to make the purchase or I'd never be allowed to again. It was sudden and while I was overjoyed, I said I needed a few days while I went out of town to gather the funds and make my final decision (which was a definite yes). That all changed when the sales associate harassed the heck out of me while I was on vacation and the the tone was completely unacceptable. She wanted the sale but was so rude and snotty about my questions that I just could not see myself giving her a commission. She really brought both brands down for me. So this review is a long time coming. I put it off by a long time because I wanted all of the post-proposal excitement to settle to give a level headed review (don't worry, it's nothing but positive). When I first started looking for the right engagement ring, I knew little to nothing besides how much it would cost, but even then, I had no clue. Fast forward a few months and I'm in Seattle for my birthday and my now fiance had the silly idea of going ring shopping (jokingly). We arrive at the mall and were expecting to go to a few different Jewelers, but when we got to Ben Bridge, we were greeted and helped by a Tina who was extremely patient and informative throughout the process. I want to note that 1, I'm from SoCal, 2, I had visited a few jewelers casually, but I hadn't seen anything that convinced me enough to pull the trigger. Anyway, when we were there, Tina cleverly got my girlfriend at the time, to go shopping elsewhere while I talked business with her. She really helped me narrow in on what diamond would look perfect within the parameters that I was looking. And by the time I left the store, I had already decided on a diamond, paid for it, and had a rough idea of what kind of setting I wanted. Over the next month or two, we exchanged emails back and forth to get the design of the setting just right. I can't emphasize enough how patient Tina was with helping me find the right setting and even giving me her very professional advice that made me feel at ease in the decision process. I can't imagine how much stress I would have gone through if Tina had not been so informative. Once the final renders for the setting had been sent to me and I gave the "OK", Tina sent everything over to have the ring custom crafted. The overall time I had to wait was about 6 weeks and by the end of the 6th week, I received an email from a very joyful Tina stating that the ring had been finished! I waited a few more days for the ring to be delivered to me and words simply cannot express how blown away I was. Not only was the delivery on time, but the craftsmanship was stellar. I couldn't wait to show my fiance, but of course, I had to keep it hidden until I proposed. Long story short, thanks to Tina and the wonderful staff at Ben Bridge, my fiance was and continues to be amazed by how beautiful the engagement ring turned out. I went shopping for my husband's wedding ring in February. I work at Alderwood Mall as an Assistant Manager at a store nearby. I decided to stop into Ben Bridge. I was "helped" by Eileen. I specifically asked about the Triton brand rings. She showed me a few of them. When I asked a question, Eileen would step away with the tray of rings I was looking at as if I were going to steal them. This happened three times. I had a specific question about yellow gold Triton rings and Eileen said she would email me the answer. She took a couple notes on her card and gave it to me. I gave her my email address and left the store. I never received an email from Eileen. No follow up at all. I decided to purchase my husband's wedding ring at Shane Co. When the sales associate needs to step into the back stock room to check on a ring, they definitely do not take your ring tray from you while you are looking at rings. They let you be. This location is hit or miss. I've walked in and gotten zero attention when it wasn't busy and I've also had decent experiences where someone at least checked in with me in case I needed any help or wanted to see anything from the cases. Unfortunately the prices here are very marked up and it's hard to justify buying in store when they don't have anything unique that you can't find elsewhere for less. Brick and mortar stores need to be able to provide something that makes them stand out - aside from their commercials on TV they don't seem to offer that "diamond in the rough" one of a kind experience. read more

We took my ring in to be sized from a 5 to a 4.5+. When I got it back, I didn't believe they did anything to it. It's felt the extract same and was still sliding around too much for my liking. My fiancé and I went in to ask a few questions and Michelle assisted us. Terrible service. Associate tried to con us into purchasing a new ring when we asked about sizing. He also made false claims about the stone. Took it across the mall to a competitor, who refuted everything he said, and told us that sizing would be no problem and that the stone was in fact real. Shame on Ben Bridge. We will not be back, and you should avoid these con artists at all cost. "Big girls need big diamonds" -Elizabeth Taylor I think the most shallow thing (or maybe its a guilty pleasure?) about me is that I love diamonds. I know it makes me sound like a bitch, but some really do take my breath away. Sure they are just made of ordinary, everyday carbon- but the way in which that carbon is transformed into a stunning diamond is anything but ordinary. I highly suggest starting here, even if you don't go through with a purchase you will walk out much more knowledgeable about diamonds and with a better idea of what you want. From there you may want to visit Cartier (hint hint ALEX!), a reputable online dealer or Kays. No matter where, make sure to make this a mandatory stop. And if you want 5 star service, speak with Bryan Ellis. That man is a gem himself, very nice. Last year my boyfriend gave me a beautiful 1 carat solitaire ring that is perfect, I try to take it to Ben Bridge as much as possible to be cleaned and inspected since we plan on upgrading soon. Since he bought it with them, they have an exchange program where you exchange your diamond (or any other jewelry) and use the original full amount price towards another ring. So naturally, I like to look at all the rings when we stop by. Even though they know we aren't buying that day, they always take their time to show me everything without rushing us. I really like this Ben Bridge location. Right now they are under a remodel so they should be getting brand new display cases soon and a nice new look. Three years ago I purchased my wife's wedding ring here and I was really impressed with the selection they had, but now there is even more beautiful rings and other jewelry to look at and choose from. I know my wife frequents this place quite a bit to get her ring cleaned and checked out, plus she likes to find rings to give me ideas for an anniversary or a bday gifts. The staff here is fantastic and very knowledgeable about the jewelry they have. Yesterday was a great example of how wonderful their staff is. My wife and I came in to look at anniversary rings that can be added on to her wedding ring and to get our rings cleaned. The manager, who's name a cannot remember for the life of me, helped us out. She was incredible, showing us many different rings and explaining different things about them. She showed us the ring that best matches my wife's, so when it comes time to buy it I will be purchasing it from the manager. It's people like her that keep my wife and I coming back. read more

Diamond Selection & Price = Poor Variety and Poor Sticker Price * CS was not able to order any diamonds to the quality specs that I wanted. * Custom ring creation (outsourced) is available. * The "sticker prices", according to my comparisons, were high but not outrageous. * Yes, there is a "sticker price" just like when buying a new car. * With all engagement ring stores there is room for negotiation. BTW: A gemologist told me that jewelry stores at popular mall locations will have a significant markup because of leasing costs. He's right. I recently got engaged this past summer & was presented with a gorgeous halo diamond ring! Many months later I asked my fiancee if he had bought an engagement set, that came with the wedding band. He had no idea whatsoever he was suppose to, etc and rest assured me that I can pick out a ring and he would get it. What I thought was a simple task was a daunting one, because there were so many bands to choose from. I visited the Shane Co. They were nice and all, but something about that place felt cheesy. I was not impressed as none of the rings stood out to me at all. The selection of wedding bands were limited and lacked characteristics. I came to Ben Bridge after someone recommended Richard, a personal jeweler that has worked there many years. Richard was more than kind, and very patient in letting me try on several rings. The selections were enormous, from their own Ben Bridge line, to many other wedding and engagement jewelry lines like Scott Kay, Art Carved, and Forever Mark. I originally wanted to get a matching ring with my halo setting, something like an eternity band with prong set diamonds either all around, or 1/2 or 3/4 all around. Richard, however had the eye for something much more creative and original. He had me try on a beautiful contour band with pave set diamonds. It was very antique yet timeless looking, and had intricate filigree details. I was surprised that it complimented by engagement ring so perfectly, and even enhanced the center diamond to even more sparkles! The contour band even secured my halo from moving back and forth on my finger, so that was an added bonus. To top it off, it was priced so well, my fiancee would be happy to hear! Overall, I was impressed by Richard, his high level customer service as well as all the other staff members there. There is never pressure to buy and the gentle approach is much appreciated. The rings and other jewelry here are absolutely beautiful. Even though Ben Bridge is a mall chain, it means better access for all to quality, fine jewelry compared to other jewelry chains. read more

I have purchased many items from this store. Rolex. Mikimoto pearls. Baum et merciere watch. Diamond bracelet. Gold necklace. And much more. Prices are not the best by any means but in many cases I justify it because design adds value. Here is the reason for the low stars. One of the watches broke and needed a $500 repair. Ben bridge charged me $50 for the postage to send it to the factory. When it finally came back, they forgot to call that it was done. Mind you, this watch was $1200 cheaper on authenticwatches.com. you would think they would try a little harder than whacking me for the postage on a watch they sold with that kind of price disadvantage. Brought my Tag in to check the price of getting a new battery. Sending it to Tag would have been a hassle and a handful of cash. Since Ben Bridge is an authorized seller I thought I would give them a shot. The salesman was friendly and told me it would only be $40 with pressure testing and all the works! Brought it in on Saturday and told it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday I received a call saying it was finished and I could pick it up. When I went to get it the salesman remembered my name and what I was coming in for. Nice touch sir. Sorry I don't remember his name as he provided outstanding customer service. The selection here was good. I really loved being able to see Alexandrite, Tsavorite, and a few other more rare gems. The man who was showing me and my now fiancee around was very nice and helpful. It was obvious he liked his job and enjoyed showing people their jewelry. I didn't experience any pressure to buy from him at all. Secondly: service! They are helpful and very responsive. My wife and I have had our items worked on here and they are fast and reasonably priced. If you buy your rings there come in for complimentary cleaning. Make it a regular thing! They check out your ring, see if anything is loose then clean it. Thirdly, convenience. My dad is a collector of rolex watches and recently gave me his first one he's ever owned ( bought ~30 years ago)Super excited! We winded it and it was working perfectly fine until a day later when it stopped moving after winding it. I yelped around for watch repairs and found this Ben Bridge, called and the lady whom answered said they have a certified repair person there. Awesome! I get there, nobody greeted me at all. There were at least 4 sales people. 1 was with a customer, 1 on the computer, and another with her eyes on the case. The 4th sales person, again no eye contact/greet whatsoever, started walking towards the watch repair area. I also walk over and I had to initiate a conversation with this guy. The repair guy was working on a watch and didn't even look up. I told him my scenario and what I needed. I have a rolex, I get it. I've done my research and understand it's pricey to fix and I was prepared to pay for it. He basically looked at my watch, immediately said it would be like a car and it'd require an "estimate" AND it needed an overhaul which would cost $600 dollars. So why the hell would I need an estimate when you already wanted to charge me for an overhaul? Mind you, this is NOT the certified repair person, it's just the sales person who didn't even greet anyone. PLUS he never asked if we had an overhaul done before (which we did 2 years ago). I asked how long that would take and can we at least open it up first before jumping to the overhauling process. He told me that the repair guy just came back from vacation so it'd be a while. He looked over to the watch repair guy, asked, and the repair guy without even looking at the watch, me or anything said "few days". The way I was spoken too, I didn't feel any customer service and it felt like they already pre-judged before I walked in whether or not I was going to spend any money there. I will never patronize this establishment again. Back in May, I got engaged and we picked out a ring at Ben Bridge. Unfortunately, it did not work out but I got to keep the ring. Looking to sale it, I took it in to Ben Bridge and explained my situation. How my ex was still paying it off, I would be keeping it, and that I wanted to get rid of it. They gladly offered to send it off to a third party they contracted through to see if they would be interested in it. The offer was not high enough so I wanted it back. I get a call a week later from the manager saying that they were not able to release it to me because the ring was in my ex's name.... I have spent a lot of money here throughout the years, I was very disappointed with my most recent visit, where I spent a couple thousand bucks on some items that had to be shipped from out of state. My sales person Kari has ALWAYS been great, so let's get that out if the way. However, I was put off with my whole experience when her manager insisted I pay shipping on my purchase. I understand with a small item, but seriously it was 35 bucks to concede on a couple thousand dollar purchase... That little gesture would have gone a long ways with all my repeat business. I guess she figured I could afford it... Or that's the perception of under appreciation I got. Went here to get an aquamarine stone I bought put in a better setting for my engagement ring. Picked a wide band. When I picked it up, my husband and I jetted off to our wedding. In Vegas we looked at the ring and both noted that the band was not the one we picked out. Also, the band narrows hugely in the back or palm side of the ring, which is not what they showed us.
