Kimberly was amazing, she went above and beyond in explaining all their products. I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Ben Bridge and I remember that I had bought a lifetime guarantee, which meant that they would replace it if I had lost it or polish and fix anything wrong with the ring. However, after I had some issue over the phone, I ended up coming to the store to talk to them and I couldn't be any happier with Kimberly. She was courteous, friendly and knew about the products in and out, and thank God I came here.

So this review is a long time coming. I put it off by a long time because I wanted all of the post-proposal excitement to settle to give a level headed review (don't worry, it's nothing but positive). When I first started looking for the right engagement ring, I knew little to nothing besides how much it would cost, but even then, I had no clue. Fast forward a few months and I'm in Seattle for my birthday and my now fiance had the silly idea of going ring shopping (jokingly). We arrive at the mall and were expecting to go to a few different Jewelers, but when we got to Ben Bridge, we were greeted and helped by a Tina who was extremely patient and informative throughout the process. I want to note that 1, I'm from SoCal, 2, I had visited a few jewelers casually, but I hadn't seen anything that convinced me enough to pull the trigger. Anyway, when we were there, Tina cleverly got my girlfriend at the time, to go shopping elsewhere while I talked business with her. She really helped me narrow in on what diamond would look perfect within the parameters that I was looking. And by the time I left the store, I had already decided on a diamond, paid for it, and had a rough idea of what kind of setting I wanted. Over the next month or two, we exchanged emails back and forth to get the design of the setting just right. I can't emphasize enough how patient Tina was with helping me find the right setting and even giving me her very professional advice that made me feel at ease in the decision process. I can't imagine how much stress I would have gone through if Tina had not been so informative. Once the final renders for the setting had been sent to me and I gave the "OK", Tina sent everything over to have the ring custom crafted. The overall time I had to wait was about 6 weeks and by the end of the 6th week, I received an email from a very joyful Tina stating that the ring had been finished! I waited a few more days for the ring to be delivered to me and words simply cannot express how blown away I was. Not only was the delivery on time, but the craftsmanship was stellar. I couldn't wait to show my fiance, but of course, I had to keep it hidden until I proposed. Long story short, thanks to Tina and the wonderful staff at Ben Bridge, my fiance was and continues to be amazed by how beautiful the engagement ring turned out. I'm forever thankful for the help I received from Tina and her coworkers. You played such a big part in our engagement

I went shopping for my husband's wedding ring in February. I work at Alderwood Mall as an Assistant Manager at a store nearby. I decided to stop into Ben Bridge. I was "helped" by Eileen. I specifically asked about the Triton brand rings. She showed me a few of them. When I asked a question, Eileen would step away with the tray of rings I was looking at as if I were going to steal them. This happened three times. I had a specific question about yellow gold Triton rings and Eileen said she would email me the answer. She took a couple notes on her card and gave it to me. I gave her my email address and left the store. I never received an email from Eileen. No follow up at all. I decided to purchase my husband's wedding ring at Shane Co. When the sales associate needs to step into the back stock room to check on a ring, they definitely do not take your ring tray from you while you are looking at rings. They let you be. I spent a lot more money than I wanted to, but it was worth every penny! My husband loves his new ring! Would not recommend Ben Bridge to my customers, friends, or family.

Michelle hooked it up! My Signature engagement ring matched perfectly with this guard wedding band! I love it!

We took my ring in to be sized from a 5 to a 4.5+. When I got it back, I didn't believe they did anything to it. It's felt the extract same and was still sliding around too much for my liking. My fiancé and I went in to ask a few questions and Michelle assisted us. She showed my the my ring was actually a 4.5 - and reassured me, its as small as it can get comfortable over my knuckle. #skinnyfingerproblems Cleaned the ring and offered us a nice cold bottle of water while we waited. We then decided to check out some wedding bands. This was so fun! I had never had the expletive of trying on different rings, which I think every girl wants! Michelle showed us some amazing recommendations and let's us try out everything. I mentioned that I eventually wanted a double band, and she brought out the most perfect guard wedding band I could have ever dreamed of to go with my Signature engagement ring! It was love at first site! Matches perfectly and I can't stop thinking about it! Thanks to Michelle for making the experience so fun!

Wedding band - I'm still speechless!

I had an absolutely extraordinary experience here today. SUPERB customer service. SUBERB. I came…read morein with a watch bought on Etsy. A "refurbished" Seiko Alpinist. $188.00, $50 in shipping, $34 in tariff fees, (thank you very little you know who). I knew it was a gamble. It gained four or five minutes per hour. I hoped an adjustment or some work could at least make the watch serviceable. Walked into ARC, no appointment. Kelsy greeted me, directed me to Masami, who stopped his work to look at my watch, he politely identified it as a counterfeit, and said he would adjust the watch (NO CHARGE) to make it as good as it could be. "Would you mind waiting 15 minutes, sir?" What, really?! While Masami adjusted my Fakeo, Kelsy showed me about ten watches that I liked, (an hour), answered my questions, had great acumen, demeanor, and professional poise without projecting attitude or qualifying me, treated me like I was the only one in the store, and confirmed a thing or two she wasn't 100% sure of. Excellent. I don't trust anyone who claims to know everything. I wound up buying a beautiful and very reasonably priced (less than $350 out the door) Seiko and identified another that I will buy in the future. IT GETS BETTER! I asked Masami if installing new guts in my Fakeo would be a good idea, as I don't care about the status, I just like the looks of the watch and want it to keep time. He said he could do that, gave me an estimate, and said that just buying the authentic model would be a better financial path for the long term. I agreed. Always buy the best quality you can afford. Also, as I was checking out, I saw a watch that was beautiful, but redundant, with respect to my purchase, and as I asked a question about the band, Kelsy, being honest, wasn't quite positive about the answer... So one of the store owners, overhearing, (sorry I cannot recall her name and spelling), came over and explained the details to answer my question! AND she interrupted an in person interview to do so! AMAZING. So, the price of an education in a field where money can chase unlimited ends was, for me, a value and a lesson learned for not a disasterous price. And, I found a business that I can TRUST, and recommend. Readers, this is where you should take your watch, engraving and timepiece repair needs. When my budget permits, I will be back at ARC WATCH WORKS to get an authentic replacement for my Fakeo.

The parts I supplied were not perfect and Sam was able to modify them so I could end up with my desired end goal. Very happy to recommend their workshop but please call ahead to see if they are willing to accept the request.

The first couple times I turned down this road, I was certain the directions were wrong, because it looks so residential. But never fear. There's even parking, usually. Mr Park has a small shop with a few display cases showing off rings, bracelets, and other jewelry. Lots of sparkles. There are a few old-fashioned mantle clocks (I have kind of a thing for these), and a few miscellaneous other decorative items. Signs say he buys gold. He sits at a workbench behind the cases, and seems to do a steady business in watch and clock repair. I brought in a new watch I'd gotten for Christmas that needed links added to the band. Off-the-shelf watches are always too small for my meathead wrists. He didn't happen to stock extra links, but I got a few from the customer service department of the watch manufacturer. He got right to work the second I came in, and tapped it all together while I sat in his one chair. $10 to take a watch I couldn't even fit over my hand and turn it into something I can wear comfortably whenever I want. It took him maybe 5 minutes. Mr Park isn't the chattiest person you've ever met. He didn't even shoot the breeze with me at all until he was ringing me out. But he's a friendly, nice guy once the work is done. Watch and clock people always seem to be hyper-focused, from what little I know. Given how much more he smiled after tuning up my watchband, I think that might be his vibe. I have a mantle clock that doesn't always run and I think I might be back here to tune that up when I think of it.
