Walked into Ben Bridge looking for a gift for my wife, she wanted a new Gold Rolex. Surprised that there were less than 6 total watches on display, and none of them were the style she wanted. I was pleasantly assisted by Julian, and then Joyce, who seemed to be the expert on Rolex. She explained to me how Rolex watches were so in demand and that it would take a long time to get the one we really wanted. The careful explanation made the overall situation easier to digest I was able to get a OP34 with Blue Dial which they had in stock, and was very nice. Although I have perused every counter space here, I've always had great customer service here. It's always sometimes awkward to come in just to look knowing you won't buy anything. My mother and I were looking at ring displays and quickly was told by the male employee that the rings I was looking at were expensive. Shocked by his approach and i replied, I don't care if their expensive. I should have asked for Carlos the store manager however I was debacled and mortified that I quickly left. Carlos if you are reading this. I came highly recommended by a family that does shopping at your location. Unfortunately it didn't work out with the item my fiancé purchased. We stopped in to look specifically for Pandora jewelry as this was a gift for the mother in law. This is pretty much the only place in the mall that sells Pandora. As we walked in, we were quickly assisted by a lady. She led us to the case where all the Pandora charms were located. There were many to look and to choose from. It seemed as though they were only able to take out 1-3 at a time as when we asked to look at several, she kept taking them out one by one and returning one by one. We were looking for specific charms and it appeared from the holiday that many were sold out. We couldn't dock them for the inventory. The charms ranged from $35-$75. We quickly selected 2 and our transaction was quick. There is a nice selection of Rolex watches as well. read more

Kevin informed me that Ben Bridge doesn't purchase old jewelry any longer, however, took about 20 minutes to explain some of the details of sales and options that Ben Bridge used to use. He brought over a co worker, likely a manager, who confirmed the details and made some suggestions for us to consider. We are not wealthy people by any means, and at the start, we explained what are intentions were. Despite this, Kevin was totally professional, very detailed, down to earth and easy to talk with. So much so, we absolutely were - quiet literally, very happy the entire day afterwards. Jewelry is an option for most people; a luxury that should entail focused service on a correct purchase. And if making a distinctly big, impactful purchase Kevin, and this location Ben Bridges absolutely offer the best of service. If I don't own jewelry, you're probably wondering to what standard I might compare. Pervious to visiting this location, we visited 5 jewelry stores, from chain stores, to small shops. Extremely unprofessional! I opened an account and when I did I said I did not want a hard pull on my credit. Francisco said don't worry it is only a soft pull. Later I got an alert on my credit that there had been a hard pull from Ben Bridge and my score had gone down because of it. Francisco either doesn't understand credit or he is dishonest, either way he should not be selling jewelry. I returned to the store and told Francisco that even though he assured me there would not be a hard pull on my credit there was one. He said no it was a soft pull and it would go away in a month or so. A soft pull does not affect your credit score so as I said before Francisco either does not understand credit or he is dishonest. I just spoke with the manager Carlos and he assured me that he would be having a conversation with Francisco and hopefully that means this will not happen again. read more

Went across the way to Kay Jewelers just to compare pricing - and had the WORST experience. Came back to Ben Bridge and Lorena and was so glad I did. Lorena was awesome! She was very patient with me and answered all questions I had! Really appreciated all her knowledge and didn't feel like she was just trying to sell me the most expensive ring. Initially was told the ring would be in in about 2 ish weeks - to my surprise the ring came in sooner than expected in about 3-4 days! Highly recommend Ben Bridge. I bought my husbands White Tungsten ring here last year. We were told that this metal was very durable and if anything would just need to get polished every now and then. Well today my husband noticed that the diamond fell out! After further inspection I noticed that somehow the INSIDE of the ring is cracked/gashed behind where the diamond was. We have no idea how or why that happened especially since my husband works at a computer desk all day and has never even dropped the ring! I called tonight and was told it was under warranty as long as it has been inspected every 6 months. I told him I was NEVER told that and he said it was on the paperwork I was given and on the receipt. I never received any paperwork and I told him that it isn't on the receipt. He said it should be... and I told him I have the original receipt and it doesn't mention anything about a warranty. So then he tells me to come in tomorrow and they will see what they can do. My husband hasn't even worn this ring for a full year yet! What kind of garbage did they sell us???? read more

I'm basing my review solely on my experience with customer service at this Ben Bridge location. Strike 1: Walk into the store and me and my husband know what we are looking for, a Pandora charm for mother's day for his mother. But we need some help finding just the right one. I ask the sales lady where I may find them, and instead of escorting us to the right area, she just points and says, over there in the back. Strike 2: She finallly comes over to help us with the charms. We tell her what type of charm we are looking for, but half the time she's not paying attention to us, but rather everyone else around her. Maybe they are understaffed? But no matter how many times we explained what type of charms were looking for, she continued to show us some off the wall totally unrelated charms that had nothing to do with what we were looking for. It took me and my husband almost half an hour to ourselves look through every single charm to try and find the one we wanted, she was of no help. And she just seemed like we were inconveniencing her more than anything. Strike 3: We get home and a couple days later I get ready to ship this charm to my mother-in-law in New York, wanting to make sure it gets there in time for Mother's Day. I open it to check it out one last time, and what do I find? THE WRONG CHARM! I call the store and I am told to just come back to exchange it. No manager on site for me to speak to, and if I want to talk to a manger I'd have to wait until Thursday between hours that I work and would have no chance to actually speak to him. No real apology or attempt to make the situation better. I finally call their customer service center, now very upset because not only will the gift now be likely late, but now I have to waste more gas money to go back to their store because it's not down the street from my home. Then to add salt to the wound, the customer service rep finds there are NO more of these charms in this store?! Are you kidding me. So she nicely finds another store for me to go to and puts one on hold. At least the customer service person was somewhat helpful. Although at this point I feel I deserve for them to at least ship it for free, but if I wanted that I"d have to speak to the manager, who is not available until Thursday! UGH. My first shopping experience here, and I can guarantee my last. read more

The man behind the counter was very patient with me as I bombarded him with questions about transforming my fake 6.00 Kohl's ring into a real pretty one. His helpful demeanor really made a difference to me considering other jewelry stores like Tiffany's from prior visits treat and look at you like you are dirty. I'm not much for big chain jewelers, but I have a nice chronograph watch, and when it stopped working, I had to take it to an authorized dealer to get it repaired. I was expecting a long delay, followed by a phone call to inform me that they would have to ship the watch off to the manufacturer for an expensive repair. Instead, I got a call from Israel, their repair expert, who gave me a detailed report on his findings. Not only was the repair done in a short amount of time, but he called to explain a variety of approaches, suggesting the most logical approach would also be the least costly. I picked the watch up this afternoon, and it's working like new. This experience has changed my opinion about this type of mall jewelry joint, at least when it comes to service! read more

Beware of Marylyn, she mislead my wife into buying a 14,000 rolex yachtmaster that wasn't the one I wanted for our 30 year anniversary. My wife called her on the phone and sent her a picture of the dark rhodium platinum yachtmaster that I wanted. MARYLYN said, yes we have it, come on in, then sold her the older model, different color watch that has been around for 10 plus years for around 3,000.00 more than I could buy at any other rolex distributor, then told my wife it was a "special edition" . She gave her issues when my wife went in to return it, said she made a mistake and "the new rhodium edition" will be in the store in two days, but she had no idea that it was coming in, in two days. I buy a few nice timepieces every year and will never bring any of my business to this store, please watch out for Marlyn!! she is only trying to make a commission and doesn't really care about what is best for her customers. I hope she reads some tony robbins or zig ziglar, maybe take a couple of sales courses, or get a job at burger King. She missed out on years of my business and my friends. read more

We went there at 7:15 pm we were the only customers, there was 3 people behind the counter not 1 of them even acknowledged us or spoke to us until I spoke up asking if anyone would help us we were looking for a specific pandora charm exclusive to only Ben bridge the guy said he was not familiar with the Pandora charms (how can you be a jeweler and not know your product) so he went to ask the lady that specializes in Pandora she wouldn't even come over to speak with us to see if there was anything else she could help us with just told the guy to tell us they had nothing in stock. BIG MISTAKE we took our business to Jareds. My husband is in the military and I belong to a lot of military Facebook groups and will make sure I tell them all to take their business to Jareds or the Pandora store. read more

I was looking for some cubics which I thought I was shopping over my head. But no, she leas me to where I needed to be and was patient and helpful.
