I have to give it up for Ben Bridge and specifically the Silverdale location in the Kitsap Mall. They handled me and my situation so well. I walked in high sprung out on stress and frustration and at this point was desperate for success in what I was trying to achieve (my deadline is fast approaching). I worked directly with Allison (spelling) who took the time to allow me to partially vent but also to explain my situation and not only did she handle the situation with a lot of patience but she was very compassionate. She took the time to measure out my finger, asked questions that would contribute to meet the resolution and even followed up on me when she realized that she gave me the incorrect eta after overseeing the recent holiday. I received a phone call the day I was told it was expected to be back. When I arrived for pick up the staff was warm and greeted me. My ring came back cleaner and shinier than I was expecting &...my issue was resolved in the first crack. To my surprise, the staff that was present was aware of my situation even though Allison was not working at that moment and that honestly made me feel as though the staff here takes the time to understand and get to know their customers. I was even offered some jewelry cleaner and they really didn't have to do that. I hope they remain here in Silverdale as I would like to continue to come here. read more

I'm Giving 5 Stars for today's correspondence with Karhy, the Vice President of Ben Bridge. Kathy called and told my husband that she had heard about how things were handled and was not happy. She was very apologetic and stated that there should have been better comincation between the store to my Husband on the return policy and charges that were made and not written on the receipt and agreed upon. She also said she would look further into the remark that was made to us by Alison. She was sorry for how we were made to feel. Best customer service, great staff, super helpful. If you haven't seen their inventory plenty of stuff from Rolex, men's bracelets, women's Jewlery and Pandora line. I had bought a gift from Pandora line and it was wrong size. Came after work but was late, staff manager Alex, came out of store with bigger size and accommodated ,so that I was not inconvenienced. I have been customer for 10 years and that type of service makes me a client for life and appreciative to acquire my gifts and personal items with people who care for their customers. read more

My 19 -year-old daughter went in to get new batteries installed in my tag watch she was treated like a scene out of Pretty Woman, looked up and down like she did not belong. The staff Ruthie told her that they cannot replace the battery in my watch because it is waterproof and told her that we would have to go to Tacoma Ben Bridge. In the past the Silverdale store has always sent my watch out for new batteries for me. When stores are closing everyday in the Kitsap mall I would think customer service would be better than this. I know batteries is not a huge sale but good service would have kept me coming back for my other purchases. read more

They were SO patient and helped us find the perfect charms for our mother of the bride and groom gifts. She was even kind enough to send us home with a bow to put on our box once we put all of the charms on my mom's bracelet. read more

When I want some upscale jewelry, I visit this store in Kitsap Mall. The atmosphere is one of elegance. Their sales associates are very knowledgeable about the jewelry and have been very helpful in helping me decide what to choose. They like the 'hands on' approach so customers can feel and see what the jewelry looks like on. There is a variety of eye catching jewelry on display in locked cases. They offer layaway and other special perks. It's fun to just browse in here. The store is well lit, clean, and full of sparkles. I like this place. read more

I used to shop my Pandora at BenBridge Silverdale because staff were customer service oriented, so I came in last week to see what can they do with my bracelet's clasp, but didn't get any help. I was told they're going to call me, but never got a call. read more

This is an update on my earlier review. While there were a series of miscommunications and errors with my watch repair at Ben Bridge, I was very impressed with how quickly both Laura at the corporate office and Victoria at the Silverdale office responded to my complaint. Both of them expressed apologies and were quite gracious. I was told that the employees at the store will be advised to listen closely to customers and set expectations and, if things go wrong, to contact the customer. Dan is the man! He was so patient and helpful during our journey to find the perfect engagement ring. It took many months because we wanted something unique and we were not willing to settle for anything less than perfect. After searching for the perfect ring and diamond for about 6 weeks we found it at Ben Bridge. Nina helped by fiance' and he proposed with a beautiful ring. I decided that I wanted a round diamond vs the princess cut. Nina and a few others found an Ikuma diamond in another state and had it sent to their store. When it arrived Nina called and we set up a time for me to look at it. She let me look at my diamond and the new round cut in different light and under the scope and told me that I needed to LOVE it. I decided I did LOVE the diamond and they re-set the new rock and had my ring back in 3 days. All of the ladies were friendly and professional with no pressure to buy. We will be back to buy our wedding rings and other future purchases with Nina! I recommend the Ikuma diamond...very brillant diamonds and you get what you pay for. read more

My recent experience at Ben Bridge Jewelers in Silverdale was appalling. As a long-time, loyal customer, I had expectations of being treated with respect and professionalism. However, my experience was anything but that! While I was being assisted by one of the associates, Alisan (another associate) burst through the back door and rudely interrupted the interaction by sending the associate I was working with to lunch and stated, "MAYBE someone else can help you?" Then she proceeded to help another customer, all the time glaring at me with a scowled face. The associate that helped me was Q (she was amazing - helpful, courteous and knowledgeable). Once the jewelry selection was made, we discussed payment options. Alisan rudely interrupted and loudly stated that I could not pay via a method that had been used in previous transactions. She became more difficult as I continued to discuss the purchase with Q. At that point, I was totally turned off and left the store - never intending to come back! It was only because Q called later that day to apologize for the situation, that I returned to purchase the item for an upcoming birthday. Based on the way I was treated by Alisan, it is very doubtful that I would ever return as long as she's there!! read more

Nice place; seems a bit out-of-place in Kitsap mall, but I can't exactly hold that against them. While I have yet to purchase anything here, but they seemed very knowledgeable about Omega and Tag Heuers, and have a nice selection of both, along with the requisite spread of Rolexes and a few other cheaper brands (Tissot, Seiko, etc.) Overall, a good experience. read more

Since initial post I have talked to supposedly the store manager and a VP. Both pretty much said gee we're sorry, send us your 600 bucks. Don't think I'll be doing any business with Ben Bridge again. Too bad they've gone the way of Nordstrom and so many others that used to be all about customer service and satisfaction. read more

Very poorly established team. I'm in the service industry so I typically am understanding of poor service. Unfortunately this place has been time after time a huge disappointment. Originally I worked with a salesperson and had picked my dream ring. I had told them my size and that my husband (boyfriend at the time) had a specific time frame. I made sure I was clear that I wear I wear a size 4.5. Then when we he went to buy they told him All the rings I had selected could NOT be made in that size. Completely frustrated we understood that sometimes things happen. So he purchased another one. But time after time I entered that store to unhappy faces, excuses and a always have a very unpleasant experience. I get my ring cleaned frequently and I always feel extremely unwelcome going into this store. When we went to buy my wedding band the SAME thing happened with the sizing, I specifically asked "CAN this be made into my size? "They said yes, so when I can back to buy they yet again had excuses and told me I had to go online and write in the" notes" section while doing an online purchase and wrote need size 4.5. I said can you please assist me with this and the salesman said they had no way to do that for me. I did not purchase my band there. Sloppy, unhelpful and rude people to be dealing with luxury items. I've had better service at McDonald's. read more
