It's quite alarming that the owner is such a combative person, too. I had two shipments with 3 different parts; two arrived clearly used and with damaged boxes. I tried to call; their customer service agent was "too busy on another line" was what I was literally told, and was told I'd get a call back. I never did. Their customer service took 3 days to respond to emails, so I did a chargeback. They falsely advertised new goods for sale and sold me very obviously used goods for a premium. I'm under no obligation to appease them or work with them. They did a "return to sender" on my package that was set to arrive the day they did the chargeback. They're scammers through and through.

Their response (read 'customer support') leaves a lot to be desired. "We don't do that anymore". When I asked why, it turns out that they screwed up a couple of customers chainsaw blades during sharpening. So, rather than learning how to sharpen chainsaw blades properly and train their people to do so, they've just quit providing support. The good news is that Ryan over at Kingston Chainsaw does a GREAT job at a reasonable price. He also repairs small engines.
