I can in to the center to obtain a quote for my brand new SUV that my neighbors kid scratched with a bike. Although it was an accident, I feared the worst--- a huge expense. I was greeted by Collin and he walked out and saw the damage and he asks if I wouldn't mind allowing his technician to look at it. I waited in the lobby and when he returned, he advised that the scratches were able to buff out and the coat would be minimal. I thanked him profusely for what could have been a very costly repair, he was able to have done for $75. When I told the neighbor the price, he was ecstatic. I took my Mercedes S550 to Caliber Collision to repair the quarter panel due to an accident. AAA Insurance was paying for the repairs that totaled $5,800 which was way too much. Upon inspection to my car I noticed the body work wasn't straight. There was a missing molding on right side that was there when I took it to the shop. Unbelievably it took three times to get it right. When I picked up my car I noticed the rear bumper was damaged and pointed this out to the General Manager. They took the car back in and removed the bumper to paint it. That took 3 days. After that I picked up my car and while driving my dash board lit up with the ABS/ESP lights, Parking Brake light won't go off, and malfunctioning air suspension light. All of this was working before they touched my car. I called them and explained the situation and returned the car to the shop. They said they were not responsible for the damages and would not fix the problems they caused. None of these problems existed before taking the car to them. read more

He was incredibly friendly and explained everything very clearly. One of the best features of Caliber's service is the daily text updates. Jay made sure I knew where my car was at every step of the process from the insurance paperwork to the order and delivery of the parts to the final touches before I picked up my vehicle. And speaking of the process, Jay ordered factory parts directly from Subaru (yes, my insurance is good and they approved all of the parts) so the car is back to its original look.
