I would not recommend any services beyond possibly a standard oil change, and even then, consider other options. Got "topped off" 2 months after oil change. Had some leaks. They need to retrain their techs. Daughter brought car in for an oil change (overpriced) and when she got home smoke was pouring from the hood and oil was leaking from the bottom. Had it towed to a different place which found that the oil filter housing was left loose. I am now fighting for a reimbursement of the cost of fixing the mess since Jiffy Lube only reimbursed me for the oil change. read more

Service was fine but ended up knocking off my Mass Air Flow Sensor and then told me it wasn't expensive to replace. Ended up being over $200 but can't confirm they caused the full break of the unit. I have tried 5-6x to get them to remove me from their mailing list. Hasn't happened and likely won't. Also, my mechanic was cheaper to get the full synthetic done and will go with them from now on. read more

I went into the EP Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change today. I won't go back. The process was a bit slow relative to other quick oil change places. The staff and process flow was disorganized. Worst though is that the cost was twice as much as I have ever paid at a place like this and it was not quoted in advance. My bad for not asking, but I was shocked by the price. So my tire was low and I could not find an airpump at any of the gas stations. I thought, why not ask them here. I told them my situation, i don't need an oil change but was curious if i could use their air. He told me it was a free service. I don't even know where to begin. I came in for a quick oil change and was promptly greeted by friendly enough staff. A man named Steve started checking me in. Everything was fine at first, if not a bit pushy on using a high mileage oil which I promptly declined stating I wanted conventional oil. Steve went on and on about the high mileage oil and how it was a better option for my vehicle. He became pushy when i refused a second time. I told him it was my husbands car and that we always use conventional oil. He then went on to blatantly tell me that it was my husband's duty to take care of the car, because he would "do what was right" and that my duties were inside the house. This was completely uncalled for and I admit I stormed out. It stuns me that a man who already has a review where he is blatantly disrespectful towards women still has a job there. So much for friendly staff, I will not stand to be disrespected like that at a place where I am paying for services. read more

We been going to this jiffy lube for 2 years now with mixed results as far as service goes. It's near our home. They always seem to try and sell you something,.The last time it was them saying my battery was low, it wasn't. This time they had a new manager named Levi, he was super pleasant and honest. The first time I've been here when there was no sales pitch, like you need a new air filter. He said everything was fine and no issues. I've always been treated with respect, helped promptly and have always experienced their willing to help me get the best deal and honor any coupons. My experience started off fine aside from their aggressive attempts to sell me things I didn't need, which I take as fairly typical of these businesses. It got a little weird when the guy helping my husband and I (his name is Steve) asked us if we were going to have children and then asserted that we MUST have children. A little further into the conversation he shared unsolicited information about his faith and religion. I don't think those are very appropriate in a non-religious workplace when a client has paid you upwards $100 for car care, but it wasn't explicitly harmful to us at that point so I let it be. Then right at the end Steve made a few subtle and a few outright sexist and offensive comments about: - My profession (because I am a female religious leader) - My personality (the intern at his church would have "blown me out of the water") - My marriage (we weren't being "biblical" because Steve implied that he perceived that my husband was not the "spiritual leader of the household," because I was a pastor). I felt powerless to respond, appalled in every way and left immediately. I will never return to this location for any kind of services. read more

Jiffy Lube surprised me! I went to this location because of convenience over my lunch hour, I normally go to the dealer or Valvoline. Now, I think I'll be a jiffy lube customer for a while. Their price for synthetic beats valvoline by $15, AND they have better coupons ($15 off, vs $10). In addition to freaky fast service they also vacuum and clean your windows, I was pleasantly surprised! They pulled my car out for me, and opened my door. 10/10 experience, and I could tell Levi (Manager) took pride in his work/guest service. Happy customer! Paid less, and got a lot more! read more

I never thought I'd find myself writing a review for Jiffy Lube, but after a great experience, I find myself here. We all know how dreadful doing something as easy as an oil change can be. You walk in expecting to pay $30 and somehow leave paying $100. (It isn't just me, right?) In the past I've always gone to Valvoline, likely just because that's where my parents always went. When my oil change light recently went on, I decided to go over lunch. The nearest Valvoline was about 20 minutes from me, so I found myself going to Jiffy Lube for the first time simply out of proximity to work. The experience surprised me. It was great because I didn't have to sit in the car while they changed my oil (something I always find a little awkward), I was offered coffee, they VACUUMED my car, they tried to upsell me, of course, but much less aggressively than I'm used to, they didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions, and were done super quick. I was impressed and I will certainly be back. read more

This particular Jiffy Lube is probably my favorite, and it's because of the staff. They are always helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They put the customer before their bottom-line, and I think that's admirable for car service shops nowadays. Why not five stars, then? I recently took my car in for an oil change, and told them that it was time for my air filter to be changed because they were going to change it last time, but did not have the part on hand. Instead of telling me they didn't have the part on hand again, they called up O'Reilly's and after waiting an additional 30 minutes, told me that O'Reilly's was taking their dear old time, which caused the wait. The manager gave me a $20 off oil change coupon for next time and apologized, which was very thoughtful. It would have been nice to know that they didn't have the product so I could have purchased it myself. Overall, great!...but my experience wasn't so "jiffy." read more

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not just one employee but each one I spoke to including the "Store Manager". The only reason I am giving a star is because they actually did the oil change. I was surprised, but if you want to pay for low quality services just pull up, they will take your money. I have not been pressured at any time and appreciate the explanations provided when my cars need service. Trying to upgrade the sale..: this guy wouldn't give up, I politely declined and said I was in a hurry (hence why I was at jiffy lube in the first place) and wouldn't have any time for any other service... he must have taken this as a mission to get a sale! I was beyond irritated he knew it and kept on! 3. I don't respond well to.. hey you with the Buick get in here! 4. Came here for an oil change for my 2013 VW in oct 2018. My oil change came up to be $100. It has never cost me this much for an oil change before. only reason why i went to this location because it was closed to my new house. I ask the man who worked there why it was so expensive and he said because my car needed "special german oil" and that they did some extra things to my car. If my car needed things done, it would have been done with MY CONSENT. Should of noticed the red flag when they didnt even bother to tell me the pricing for an oil change. Literally got low balled from the people working at this jiffy lube, most likely because i probably was a female who they think didnt know anything. Went home to oil leaking all over my garage after. I go to firestone now where they charged me $65 for an oil change, AND even ask if i would like synthetic oil(special german oil, lol) even though most german cars need it anyways but they still cared to ask. read more

I got an oil change at this location this morning, and it was the best experience I've had at a Jiffy Lube or similar shop. The service was prompt, the staff were helpful. They explained my service options to me well but did not push to upsell me on unnecessary services. They vacuumed my interior and cleaned the windows at no charge as well, which has not been part of the standard service at other locations. I would recommend this location. read more

I hadn't been to this location for a while, but took my car in for an oil change the other day. The two staff members I worked with were very helpful in explaining everything and very friendly and patient. I love that they vacuum the carpets and top off the fluids! They also threw in an air filter and LP bulbs. When I got home I realized the skid plate under my car was loose and scraping on the ground. I brought my car back this morning and they happily reattached it for no charge. This location is now 20 min from my home, but I think the trip is worth the distance! read more

The past manager was both rude and openly congratulated his team for up-selling customers in front of them. Levi, the new manager, was both helpful and courteous. First of all, I Came here for a simple oil change that I usually get for $20 at my normal place, and the manager, who was nice enough, offered the high mileage oil that would cost me $75. No thank you. Thankfully he didn't push it. The real reason I gave this place one star is because of whoever the tall scrawny kid is that assists with the car services. Without giving any instruction whatsoever, he told me to pull around to the back for the oil change, so I do. I park my car and get out, when he tells me to follow his hand signals into the garage, so I start backing in, considering my car was already facing opposite the garage and I wouldn't need hand signals to drive my car forward. He storms out of the garage and rudely states "Why are you backing in?? Pull it in forward." Scowls and walks away. I literally have never been treated so rudely so soon into a service. Coming from someone who has worked customer service their whole life, Do not come here for friendly service. The one positive interaction I had was that they gave me a coupon discount for the most basic oil they had, which still cost me $15 more than my normal place. When you come in, they have no pricing on their different options posted and do not explain pricing, but rather they automatically charge $89.99 for a 'signature service', with an extra charge for the oil,, oil and filter disposal, and the coolant top off. The total was nearly $120!! read more

Kudos to Brian, GM at the Eden Priarie location, for restoring my confidence and winning my business. Recently, I took my car to this store to have my oil changed but I was dissatisfied with the price difference between the actual work and the price quoted over the phone beforehand. I was about to take my business elsewhere, when Brian stepped in to address my concerns and clearly explain the charges. The difference was the number of quarts my car required vs. their standard 5 quart rate. Brian demonstrated good faith and went one step further by nixing the extra charge for the additional oil. In the end, he demonstrated transparency and professionalism to the point that I am confident I will receive good value and great service going forward. I will come back in the future and I can honestly recommend this store to my friends. read more
