Just when you think the service at the Post Office is the worst, this UPS location says "hold my…read morebeer." After renting a PO box, and confirming several times that my mail could easily be forwarded to my current travel location by simply giving them a call, I spent 3 months trying to get my mail forwarded with NO luck. Dozens of phone calls resulted in a "you'll have to talk to the manager" response, but the manager was NEVER in the store. Multiple messages were left for the manager to return my calls over 3 months, and not one call was returned. I'm saddened to learn that all of the Huntsville locations are owned by the same person. The franchise owner should be ashamed to know that the Post Office offers superior service to their business.
