The gentleman asked me to sign-in and had me place my hand under a hand sanitizer station which was also a thermometer. After verifying my temperature, he walked me to the door and directed me to Candice's booth. When I walked into Candice's booth, she greeted me warmly and professionally. She asked me questions about my skin and explained the process. She briefly left the room for me to disrobe, but before she left, she told me to lay on the table under the blanket, get comfortable and relax. The soft decor of her booth and the music playing in the background relaxed me immediately. Candice has done a beautiful job with making her booth warm and inviting. The table I laid on was heated, which was prefect on this cold winter's day and mad my experience that much more enjoyable. Candice did a brief consultation on my face and explained the different steps in the Dermaplane Deluxe package I scheduled the got went to work on my face! She checked in on me throughout the service making sure I wasn't in any discomfort or pain. The facial was wonderful! I literally loved every second of it! The complimentary arm, hand and shoulder massage she gave was a welcomed addition. The products she uses left my face soft and refreshed. An overall pleasant experience. After my service was complete, she asked me if I had any questions and gave suggestions on after-care. She thanked me for my business and texted me both and after pictures of my skin.
