Food and service were great!! The restaurant is super cute and the chia latte was incredible! We also got the monkey bread - that is a must! I also left my corporate card there and do not live in the state. They offered to help me out by sending my card to me and sent me pictures of my receipt! That is great customer service!! Very cool atmosphere, extra kudos for the stellar music overhead and servers are friendly. However, the downfalls are that this place is only open until 2 pm and the food is really meh. I really want this place to be successful, but the food is just mediocre. The first time I visited Benedict's, I had the Reuben. The meat was primarily fat. The second time I visited, I had a wrap. Dry and tasteless. I wanted to talk to the owner to tell him/her that I would help them out by taste testing (because I really want to like this place)...but sadly, wouldn't recommend it first a place to get together in the future. read more

Once shown to our table and ordered, the food took about 40 minutes. One order was wrong with eggs over easy instead of scrambled eggs. The correct order was turned quickly, thankfully. Our server was very emphatic about wait time and was super attentive. read more

Finally a breakfast restaurant in Fargo with great food and service. Josi kept our coffee cups topped off. She was hands down the best waitress we have had since before COVID. The classic eggs Benedict lives up to the restaurant's name and the hash browns were wonderfully crispy and tasty. The restaurant is full and there is a long line waiting in the lobby. We were excited to try this joint. Recently heard it was the best in town! On Monday walked right in no wait? That says a lot. Missed a chance of going to the shack to come here. Tried a basic jimmys favorite. Figured if they can make that special then what I heard could be true. The pancakes were the worst iv had. They give you 1.5 oz of syrup for the dry cakes. Asked for more which they gave? To me everything is all show so don't go. Can't cook. I ordered over medium! The yolk sprayed and drooled to cover my plat helps out the dry pancakes though. Place would appeal to the yuppies delight. Although my shoes got sticky that didn't come from my plate. Noise in the high ceiling echo. The music was tilted for the sound I didn't see many hero's. Go to atm before you come here as they even charge to use a debit card. At their expensive priced menu they should pick up the credit card fees. But they charge like a bank. This is one of Fargo's newest eatery & a good one too!!! If your new in town & looking for a alternative from the regular hoe humm, Benedict's would be a nice choice. Of course on weekends you better get there early, it fills up fast. read more

The staff are very friendly and they try to be as efficient as possible to clean and seat people. Horribly disappointing!!! Walked in, no greeting finally a waitress sat us. I ordered huevos rancheros and it was ice cold. Not just cool. The meat was refrigerator cold and it was definitely not chorizo. The bloody Mary's that were ordered came after the food was delivered and they sucked. I told the waitress the food was ice cold and just to bring me a couple fried eggs and hashbrowns well, I got burnt hashbrowns and scrambled eggs from a carton. The Ambiance is really warming It makes me think of great places to dine in large cities in states like California , Arizona or Nevada. But the food leaves a lot to be desired on the pallet. I had the Huevos rancheros and my friend had the avocado toast. The flavors' were pretty much absent from the dishes other than vinegar? and the carnitas tasted like it had cinnamon? An hour and a half wait to be seated, 45 mins later food comes, waitress kept walking starring at our table without acknowledging the delay, and $4 for a cup of coffee lol. Then the food comes all burnt...and disgusting...everyone around us was complaining, and the tables were set up soo close to each other...it's like a dinning hall where you're sharing a meal with the world and can hear everyone else's conversations. I had the Trout Benedict, my daughter had the California Benedict, my wife had the Monte Cristo my Aunt had the Cubano and we had many selections from the children's menue in our party. The food was absolutely delicious! We walked in with a party of 9 and they happily made room for us. The service was warm friendly and inviting. The atmosphere was cute and inviting as well with lots of space. I am from Michigan and wish I could come to this restaurant more often. This was our second time to Benedict's and it was a major improvement! It was busy as it was a Saturday morning, and we only had to wait about 10 minutes. When we got seated it was a little wait but it was fine as we knew they were quite busy. Our waitress was outstanding! I believe her name was Jacie, and I hope that was right! Ordered the monkey bread (it was good) and it took about 20 mins after ordering. Food took about another hour after that to get. When food finally came it looked like it was sitting at the window for awhile as it was cold and toppings on pancakes had settled in at this point. Side of breakfast potatoes was missing but let waiter know right away. Still never got them but they were taken off the bill. Overall may give another try in the future but at this point been there done that. I realize food and staff costs are getting up there.
