A young lady who worked there approached us and asked us if we needed help. She kindly went to get her manager (I'm assuming) the manager walked up to us and asked my sister "what were you doing?" To which my sister responded and explained that the keys fell into the stand and we couldn't get to them. The younger lady was very kind about the entire thing. They had to use a screwdriver to open up the stand and retrieve the keys. After we got them back my sister thanked them and also apologized for the inconvenience. The younger lady was sweet and said no problem but the older lady (the manager) rolled her eyes and didn't say a word. Next time just give us the damn screw driver and we will get them ourselves. It's one thing to be annoyed but another to be rude. Maybe fix the displays so stuff like that doesn't happen in the future thanks.

Another employee was busy servicing another customer, so I approached the empty register and politely asked if he could check me out at the empty register. This man looks at me with the most disgusting look I've ever had directed at me and turns around without a word. Another kind employee stepped in and helped me. To be treated with such disdain as a patron is appalling. I won't be coming back here. If you're in the Odenton/Crofton area and can spare an extra drive, there's nicer beauty supply stores a bit down Rt 3.

They had all of the items I needed in stock... Including some products I have not been able to find it other locations. I ended up leaving with more than I originally came for. The staff were polite and allowed me to shop in peace, checking in wants to make sure that I was finding everything okay. I especially love that the store is in an outdoor shopping center and not tucked away in a mall somewhere where I have to walk past dozens of stores that I have no interest in just to find it. There's also plenty of parking in the shopping center, which only adds to the convenience.

However, it remained unclear; it looked like the receipt, not the item. I didn't ask the cashier to zoom in on the camera. So, I chalked it up as a loss for the second time as a mistake on my part. This beauty supply store is jam packed with every little thing your heart desires for all of your beauty care needs. Everything from wigs and bundles, to nail polish and earrings, to hats and flip flops, to oil sheen and hair grease....name it, they have it. Friendly operated by employees that don't ever mind helping you find any item you're searching for and they always do it with a smile. Some of the prices can be a little on the steep side, but I rarely go to a beauty supply store that isn't costly. It's conveniently located and it has a wide selection of items. Everything is always neatly organized on the shelves/aisles and the shelves are always fully stocked. The Beauty House never fails me, that's why I'm a repeat customer. We got all of our shots within a couple of minutes ultimately. But, as we had appointments of 3:30, 3:45, and 4:00, yet we didn't get out of there until close to 4:30, that was a bit of a chore.
