I have been attempting to get my medicine refilled for the past 3 weeks, and even though one of the Medical Assistants agreed I needed the medicine and said they would send it last week I have not gotten the medication. So now I'm doing physical therapy with no medication (which it took me a month to get the referral for that as well). As nice as everyone is, as someone who needs help I'm not recieving the care I need. And then when i posted this review on Google, instead of reaching out to me, they lied and tried to blame my insurance company. When it was the MAs themselves who said they were waiting for the Doctor to send the prescription. I'm super disappointed in how I've been treated this year.

She sees you by appointment only, and she books up so I recommend calling about 3-5 days in advance to get the day and time that you prefer. My first impression of Connie was that of someone warm, patient and caring, and 9 months later, my opinion of her remains the same. She is easy to work with and very customer-oriented. I instantly felt at ease. The seating and laser/electrolysis rooms are pristine and lightly decorated. I was in and out in about 20 minutes for a session that was reasonably priced.
