The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. At 12:30, I asked when we would be seated since we had other plans, and I was told "about five more minutes." Fifteen minutes later, we were still waiting, so we decided to leave. Instead of being upfront about the delay, the staff repeatedly asked us to wait "just a little longer," which was frustrating and showed a lack of respect for our time. This wasn't a simple mistake, it was a preventable scheduling and communication issue. Had they been honest about the wait from the beginning, the experience would have been very different. Offering a 10% off voucher for a future visit wasn't an adequate resolution, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

I let her know I would like them a little thinner on the sides because it's pretty thick, which definitely annoyed her and she stated the picture didn't look like that. It did look like that lol. When I got a pedicure, I asked if I could pay $15 for adding on a longer massage which is the same price as their gel add ons and other special wraps for feet and such. He said they only do 10 min add on massage for $25 dollars. I said okay. I will do that. He was very nice and the massage was amazing. When doing the French tip he asked if it was okay the size of the French and it was really thick like almost all the way down to my cuticle. I said I'd like thinner, and he said no problem and did it. My toes looked amazing. Would go back for a pedicure, but other that that, for their prices, I wouldn't go back for my nails.
