I wanted to try this place because the reviews appeared to overall be good. After my visit, I won't be back. The chairs were uncomfortable. The ladies were nice, but the actual waxing experience was incomplete. The lady who did my eyebrows did not clean off the wax residue or use any soothing products on my brows. I have went to benefit three times. The first two times I had Danielle and she was great. The third time I had Monika and she was HORRIBLE! She took off the inner part of my right eyebrow. I had a huge gap of hair missing and this was right before my college graduation. I've had to wait a whole month for just some of it to grow back. I am never going back. I paid $21 to get my eyebrows uneven. She isn't friendly either. She could at least talk to you if she wants a tip. read more

I found my new eyebrow place. Danielle (super sweet) took care of me the first time and I fell in love ever since. My schedule is pretty crazy so plans may very well change last minute and the fact that they accommodate walk-ins is very helpful. I have had my eyebrows done by 2 other girls - I believe one is Monika and I cannot remember the other girls name but I must say they have all done a very good job. I am pleased every time I leave Benefit Brow Bar and can't express how convenient it is to have not just one but 3 people that know how to do your eyebrows. Eyebrows are very important and basically make your face so I'm sure many ladies and gents can relate.
