We had a number of things done, including an undercounter outlet for a hallway mini fridge and coffee maker. While Johnny is more of a classic "contact by phone guy" that I'm becoming along with many friends, Chris was exceptionally friendly, effective, and to the point about proper parts to get. Michael is efficient as well, but I cannot resist talking lobster fishing with Chris. I wish I could give an N/A or something instead of a star rating - the people who came to the house were on time, very friendly, and seemed to know what they were talking about, however because the lights that needed repair (or maybe replace) were an unusual type, they said they'd have to call the boss.
