Unbelievable. I messaged Fernando and asked him when was the earliest he could complete the job. He says "Wednesday." I asked him how long it would take and he said 4-6 hrs. So I asked him if he can come early in the morning and he told me he could come at 8:30am. The night before, I messaged him saying "see you tomorrow morning at 8:30am" and he responds saying "sorry I meant to say 9:30am." That's weird but okay...So Wednesday morning he comes in the morning and tells me, "I can't do anything without a second person. I would need another person in the attic." Are you kidding me? I literally sent you photos of my ceiling and told you that I need pendant lights hung up and that there is attic access. Why the hell did you need to come over to my house just to tell me that there was no way you could do the job without another person in the attic when you already knew that the job required you to go in the attic?????? And to make matters worse, my wife (who works from home) had to leave early in the morning to work at a coffee shop in anticipation of this job happening today. I specifically cancelled with other companies because this guy told me that he could do the job today. Now I have reschedule with other companies and further delay the work that I specifically needed done today. This guy has terrible communication. He gave me a basic quote over the phone, but the hard part of the project was that my electric panel is at least 70 feet away from the garage going through my cathedral ceilings and attic space. Thank you! The work Fernando did to install our EV charger was above and beyond. I had a little bit of a challenging install since our breaker box is in the second story ABOVE the garage. He had to break open the drywall in our laundry room and garage. He took two hours to complete everything and patched and textured the drywall as well!! No other electrician was willing to do that.
