They've never tried to oversell anything. Today I'm here in need of some servicing (nail repair, sensor alert). They explained what issues they found and gave me options and pricing and let me decide if I wanted the one sensor that was triggered replaced or all sensors replaced since there was others that were showing potential issues in the future. I made an appointment to have my A/C looked at. I made the appointment for 11am the next day. I…read morearrived at 10:55 on the hottest day of the year. It is already over 100 degrees. The gate is closed. I call the number and she says "I will send Jesse right out" I wait till 11:05 in 100 degree heat. I call back and Jesse answers. "Yeah, I'm running late from picking up parts, I won't be there for 45 minutes, but you can just leave the car." The area is not the best, I am not dropping my car off with someone I've never had face to face contact, and leaving my keys in a key drop. So...my question...why didn't they call me initially to reschedule? Once I was there were they going to call me and let me know what was going on? Was he just going to have me wait 45 minutes in 100+ degree heat? Update: I wish I had dug a little deeper on Yelp before making an appointment. Upon the comment left by the owner below I am glad that I didn't leave my car. It seems you get one of two experiences, either he is absolutely amazing or he has zero respect and then writes belligerent responses to truthful reviews. I do not think I am the only person with an A/C issue, but when I make an appointment I expect courtesy.
