They tried to charge me $120 for service that got charged $50 down the street. I don't particularly like being over charged.

Went there 2 months ago got 4 brand new tires .today I got a blow out on the freeway when to put the spare on and the tire that was blown only had 4 out of the 5 lug nut on it , later i went to pacific tire to complain an they said they couldn't do anything bc it wasn't a manufacturer problem wit the tire but they didn't say anything about not putting all my lug nuts in. Couldn't do there job right the first time so I had to go to a different tire location to get a new tire . If you go recommend to check there work read more

I had my vehicle serviced at Pacific tire just a few days ago. I was informed I needed a strut replacement, and though I purchased the part and they installed it, the job was done incorrectly. After returning today with a disturbing noise, they attempted to blame it on additional 'unrelated issues' that they never mentioned before. I am extremely frustrated by this lack of transparency and poor workmanship. I expected honesty and a proper fix, but instead, I was left with a bigger problem and a sense of being taken advantage of. I went for an alignment and was originally quoted for $85. After a bit they started telling me how they couldn't do the alignment because I supposedly had bad axels, terrible shocks front and rear and what ever other bull. That I also needed two new tires for $240. They then quoted me $3,250!!??! I ended up paying just $45 just for them to feed me bull. And then I went to Puente Auto at 328 union ave (much better) only paid 60 for my alignment there and that there wasn't anything wrong with what pacific booty was telling me. Be careful with the guy at the counter. Always has excuses to try to make an extra buck for the store. Prices are inconsistent. Every time I go there to get an oil change the price goes up or down for the same service and the same vehicle. How can this be possible? also the same story with tires. This place is a scam. Took my AC to get serviced and was told my condenser was not working and it needed to be replaced. They quoted me $900 for the repairs. I wanted a second opinion, so I took my car into Toyota and they said my condenser was working just fine and all I needed was freon. Was only charged $120 at Toyota. Never again will I be coming here. read more

They fixed my driveline and motor mounts in like 3 hours flat. Then drop my vehicle off at my house because I lived near by and couldn't drive 2 cars at once. Supper great service and an all around awesome team. My wife got rims and tires from them aswell . I wish I could give more than 5 stars that's how satisfied we are. I happened to notice a completely flat tire on a Saturday morning before a supposedly long drive. It was too bad to risk driving long distance and since they happen to open at 8am, I decided to drive here and wait until they open. They got me in, checked my tire, told me I had a punctured tire, fixed it, and paid $15. All done within 20 to 30 minutes and haven't had problems since. Highly recommended! read more

I went to get my front rotor and brakes fixed and was charged $400 plus for the work just to find out today that they didnt change the rotor and only threw on some new brake pads so now i have to pay $700 plus to get it all repaired. im highly disappointed and irritating about the whole situation. i do not recommend this place. read more

Being from out of town (Orange county) and needing all 4 TPMS sensors replaced, I'd thought I'd give this Tire Shop a try. Went over and got an estimate, and to my surprise they quoted me $85 for replacing all 4 sensors and including reprogramming them to the cars ECU. Keep in mind, i was going to pay about $200 to have this done in OC or LA County. So I said let's do it, and in under 40 mins, all 4 sensors were replaced while the shop was pretty busy. Went down there and told them I wanted 1 used for now, then maybe later ill get new... instead, I was serviced 1 new tire and charged $80. Due to miscommunication, I didn't speak on the matter. Went there looking for used tire. One young man tried to sell us a bald tire (after he 'looked' for twenty minutes) for $35. When we refused it. He went back for another 10 minutes and said they had no others that fit my very common car. If I could Id give no stars. Went to get my brakes and rotors done. Was over charged and all the did was change my break pads. Went to another mechanic shop and they said they were surprised my car wasn't shaking when I brake because of how bad it was. Also recieved horrible costumer service. read more
