Ok, so I press Zero, but still it gets to the answering service, who cannot help me at all. The answering service will take the message for the office staffs, that's it. AND THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. I've called them more than 15 times on ONE DAY, spoken with multiple answering service staffs only. ALL 15 phone calls get to the answering service 15 times. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALL at all at the office. Very hard to communicate and hard to work with them. Seriously dissapointed.

In reality, we were trying to communicate through intense pain and distress -- something any trained healthcare provider should be able to recognize and handle appropriately. In pain management especially, patients are not coming in calm and composed -- they are suffering. That should be understood, not punished. It's extremely concerning that a provider in this field lacks the basic empathy and awareness needed to treat patients dealing with chronic and severe pain. NP Termechi needs to revisit the first grade and learn basic manners.

Also, please ask for your MRI reports. The doctor is super friendly, but they will only discuss matters associated with your accident. There could be major things on that MRI that you would 100% want to know or follow up with your primary about. You definitely should prepare to be proactive in order for anything to be seamless.
