I can't even begin how shocked I still am with this service. I booked them 2 weeks ago for my move on Monday, March 15. I did it all through Yelp which at the time thought was great, except I never received a confirmation email or text. The day of my move I decide to call at 9AM (they were supposed to come at 10AM) for someone to begin making the most outlandish excuses of why all of a sudden my move was being cancelled. It first began with my movers were not answering their phone. All of a sudden, they got into a car accident and the smaller car the truck hit was calling the police, but they thought maybe they could come a little later. Five minutes later, their mover is in the hospital. Mind you, my building only allows for me to move during the weekday which means I had to take an entire day off of work for this move. Their only option? "Can we move you in tomorrow... we'll charge you $10 less an hour". For $20 less, there is no way I would have ever accepted them to move my belongings. Honestly, one of the most unprofessional businesses I've dealt with in Miami. Will never use their services again nor do I recommend them at all, unless you want to deal with a massive headache. read more

When the container truck driver called me to tell me he was a half hour away, I called Benjamin movers to tell them to come but they totally ignored my calls, voicemails and texts. After moving once a year for the last three years due to covid or life...I needed movers this time around. I packed everything myself as a control freak (lol) and they still repacked items they found needed extra care (large mirrors, TV's, desks, etc). While I have always been skeptical of movers in Miami...these guys are the best! They reply right away, are beyond transparent what the costs are and honestly dependable. They don't require a deposit or early pay etc. Moving is never cheap but with them you know your getting competitive costs and are honest guys showing up at the door (not two cousins with attitude or friends from work that never really help lol).
