I've fallen in love with it, and had thought originally it wouldn't work for me since I have combo skin but it's been awesome! I also picked up french clay to use as a mask and I've been really liking it, as well as one soap. My husband made a point to note that the soap I picked up here was his favorite in the house (it's mine too - it's slick and doesn't crack and get gross). I had brought some containers to use and it was a seamless experience since the owner is so kind and easygoing. I loved that I could look at her site beforehand too and kind of think about what to try (like the moisturizer I had scouted out and found out about refilling rose water toner online). I remember reading on the site that the owner tries everything out herself, and I feel like you can really see that in the things you get from here. I'm so grateful to have a store like this nearby that makes sustainable living easier without breaking the bank. This is the worst return process I have ever experienced. I purchased four barstools online and I…read moreput one of them together so we could see how it looks in our home. My wife did not like it. When I called to make the return, I was told I had three options. One option was to pay for the four separate shipping labels I needed to get at a cost of $248.14. despite the total of all four barstools was $623. The second option was that I can make one return per month as a member and since I wasn't a member, I could only do that if I became a member. The person on the phone said it's free to make the return but I had to pay $19.95 Plus tax to become a member in order to make that "free shipment". And I could only get store credit . The third option was that I could go to any carrier I wanted and pay for them to ship it back. None of these options allowed me to take it to any store as I was told there are no longer any stores. That was false. I also had to disassemble the one barstool that I had assembled, and I needed to make sure they were all wrapped up and placed back in the box in the manner in which I received it! That alone is a very special talent. Given that this is Presidents' Day weekend, and I wanted to take advantage of the sales that we're going on, they could not expedite anything such that if I wanted to use the store credit to now purchase a different set of barstools, the timing of their process would not make that happen. And we noted that the same barstools we looked at went up $50 per barstool from the pricing. It was the other day. The return process was that once they received the boxes in hand, they would take up to five days to review and determine if everything was satisfactory and then if it was satisfactory, it would be another 24 to 48 hours to actually get any credit. Basically we would miss the window of the sale. On the phone I was told that if they could see that the item was scanned, they would give me the credit early so that I could use the Sale pricing but then in my follow up on the email after having shipped the items back that was reversed. This is absolutely the worst return experience I have ever experienced in all my years of purchases in store and online. ! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. These people are absolute crooks !

When we pick it up we're surprised that the backing was cardboard, so no waterproof at all. They said it was especial order (since they don't have a warehouse, everything is special order: No returns). We decided to use it all over the house except in the kitchen and bathrooms to protect our warranty; so, our leftovers were higher than expected. When we tried to return the close boxes, they said again: no restock materials on special orders. I tried to explain the origin of the problem and Celia, the saleswoman just said: NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS. And hung on me. My advise is to search for other source for materials supply.

I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that "they can only go by the information that is given to them." I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that "only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products." I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word "like" three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don't tell me "Gotcha" like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER.
