My husband made a point to note that the soap I picked up here was his favorite in the house (it's mine too - it's slick and doesn't crack and get gross). I had brought some containers to use and it was a seamless experience since the owner is so kind and easygoing. I loved that I could look at her site beforehand too and kind of think about what to try (like the moisturizer I had scouted out and found out about refilling rose water toner online). I remember reading on the site that the owner tries everything out herself, and I feel like you can really see that in the things you get from here. I'm so grateful to have a store like this nearby that makes sustainable living easier without breaking the bank. This is the worst return process I have ever experienced. I purchased four barstools online and I…read moreput one of them together so we could see how it looks in our home. My wife did not like it. When I called to make the return, I was told I had three options. One option was to pay for the four separate shipping labels I needed to get at a cost of $248.14. despite the total of all four barstools was $623. The second option was that I can make one return per month as a member and since I wasn't a member, I could only do that if I became a member. The person on the phone said it's free to make the return but I had to pay $19.95 Plus tax to become a member in order to make that "free shipment". And I could only get store credit . The third option was that I could go to any carrier I wanted and pay for them to ship it back. None of these options allowed me to take it to any store as I was told there are no longer any stores. That was false. I also had to disassemble the one barstool that I had assembled, and I needed to make sure they were all wrapped up and placed back in the box in the manner in which I received it! That alone is a very special talent. Given that this is Presidents' Day weekend, and I wanted to take advantage of the sales that we're going on, they could not expedite anything such that if I wanted to use the store credit to now purchase a different set of barstools, the timing of their process would not make that happen. And we noted that the same barstools we looked at went up $50 per barstool from the pricing. It was the other day. The return process was that once they received the boxes in hand, they would take up to five days to review and determine if everything was satisfactory and then if it was satisfactory, it would be another 24 to 48 hours to actually get any credit. Basically we would miss the window of the sale. On the phone I was told that if they could see that the item was scanned, they would give me the credit early so that I could use the Sale pricing but then in my follow up on the email after having shipped the items back that was reversed. This is absolutely the worst return experience I have ever experienced in all my years of purchases in store and online. ! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. These people are absolute crooks !

I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that "they can only go by the information that is given to them." I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that "only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products." I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word "like" three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don't tell me "Gotcha" like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER.

We hired Flooring Direct to refloor our approximately 700 sqft living room with tile. The most…read moredifficult part of the job would be the curving steps into this space as you can see in the pictures. Where others said it couldn't be done or offered solutions that were not tile, Flooring Direct said they could do it. I'll admit that it was a challenge to fully conceptualize how to do it but working with Moji and our installer, Jose, I believe the results justify the effort. The old carpet quickly came out and the initial part of the tile that was straight went in in about two days. Jose spent some time cutting and grinding to get the tiles to match the curving steps but was all finished by the following Friday. Jose and his assistant, Gustavo, were both courteous & professional throughout the project as was Moji who came by often to check on the progress and to be sure we were satisfied with how it was coming together. All the steps from tile selection through scheduling, layout, designing transitions, grout selection and final cleanup, were all pleasant. Would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend them for your consideration.

The outsourced installers said that it would not leave a mark. And, of course it was stained. How could the installers spill something on the brand new carpet? How did it get there? Nobody but the installers were in the home. And, they admitted to having been who cleaned whatever it was. Flooring Direct sent over a product for cleaning the stain. I asked the owner to replace the section of carpet where the installers spilled something. No, Navid refused. Sleazebag owner operator. Then he sends me the invoice with updated charges with a payment due date which was 5 days in the past making it seem like I am overdue even though the job was not complete yet. This owner/manager will make arrangements for the installation but he will not stand behind the damages that his installers caused. Who wants brand new carpet that have had a soda or dirt spilled on it? I don't go to a clothes store and expect to buy new underwear which comes with a skid mark... Go elsewhere or be the next victim of this shoddy business. Here is how Navid, the Owner, handled the refund due to defective service and faulty materials. No content is anything different than what was actually sent to me or from me. This unhinged communique took 1 week after the Owner, Navid, was to have mailed me a refund for defective merchandise. Me: "No check has been received yet..." Navid: "I waited to see if you would respond. Zelle would have been fast and easy. I mailed it out yesterday. I hope this does not frustrated you." Me: "Yet another passive aggressive attempt to mess things up... Hopefully you can not muster any more incompetence in this matter. It is beyond frustrating." Navid: "I actually helped you more that you can imagine. So shame your anger has caused you to see things clearly I asked a simple question. Why was it so hard to answer? Take a pill. I actually helped you more than you can imagine. It's a shame your anger has kept you from seeing things clearly. I only asked a simple question--why was it so hard to answer? Maybe you need to take a step back and calm down." Me: "Once again, just send me the funds so that I can be done dealing with you. I have more important things to tend to than being dicked around by some lowly shopkeeper." Navid: "Careful little boy. Check was mailed out. I am just getting sick of your nonsense. I am out of town. I make sure I call you personally to deal with your unjust words and personal attack once I get back. I feel so sorry for you. I am sure your childhood must have been a unpleasant one. Take a pill Me: "F**k off kindly." Navid: "Definitely. Must be a childhood issue. How bad was it??" I had to block him as he continued making personal attacks and by name calling. In Closing: Is this a person that you trust to have your email, phone number and address? Is this a business person that you can feel comfortably to provide fair, professional service? I think not! This man is unhinged. Beware.
