No voicemails, no texts. I know they had the right number because of the communication about the damaged parts. Didn't finish the repairs(was told they would clean up the wheel from the impact). Left random parts in the vehicle that did not belong to my truck. I had asked if they could use my touch up paint for a scratch while it was there, and that I would pay for it. Cookie said no problem, and there would be no charge. . When I called to check status the first time, reminded them about that. Never did it . The body works looks ok at this point. But the communication, follow thru, and integrity is, in my opinion, lacking
