    I came to Royal Moore to shop for a new vehicle after I had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Gladstone Oregon, NOT ROYAL MOORE) I was nervous but shortly after arriving to Royal Moore my worries quickly subsided by the absolutely amazing, kind, caring and honest employees that I had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with. I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don't think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. He was so knowledgeable and created such a huge impact on me while creating a bond of friendship and trust as well. I could tell that he wanted what was best for ME whether that meant purchasing a car from him or anywhere else, the support he gave towards my decisions did not go unnoticed and I appreciate him wholeheartedly for that! If you want a caring and thoughtful car salesman who doesn't pressure you at all, then Christian is your guy! Like please please buy a car from Christian, you will not regret it! We laughed literally all day together and it was the most wholesome experience I've had at any dealership ever. Truly someone I am so excited to come back and visit at Royal Moore when I come in for future service needs on my vehicle... Or whenever I feel like wanting to brighten my day :) Omid, ohhhh Omid, what an amazing GSM (Royal Moore Mazda).. he truly helped me get the best deals available through the dealership on my new vehicle. He knew how absolutely in love I was with the 2026 Acadia and did everything in his power to make sure I left the dealership that same day in my new wheels. Also making sure I did not feel overwhelmed by my new monthly payments. I love that he could laugh at the absolute nonsense I spew out of my mouth sometimes. He was a true pleasure to work with and really does an amazing job with representing the company. Finance is such a scary part of purchasing a new car but Nathan (Royal Moore Mazda) really did a great job of rewiring how I feel about finance managers. After a terrifying previous encounter with another dealerships finance manager... Nathan, my mom and me had the literal BEST TIME cracking the absolute funniest jokes together.. I could not have asked for a better experience to replace the bad memories someone else created for me. Thank you so much Nathan, you truly made the day even more special. Also for the record, NATHAN SAID. Last but absolutely not least, if it wasn't for David, the general sales manager over at Royal Moore Toyota, I wouldn't have had this opportunity to purchase a brand new car at all. He truly went so far out of his way for me, to help me when I was being wronged by another company, to guide me on what to do and the steps to take to protect me as a consumer after being sold a vehicle with undisclosed major accident damage. With his help and a miracle I was able to climb my way out of a fraudulent bad deal with another dealership. He then referred me over to the awesome employees at Royal Moore Mazda where I purchased my beautiful brand new 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation Black Edition. THANK YOU to everyone who helped me along this journey. I am loyal to the Royal from here on out. The only Company I will give my business to from this point forward!

    I had an amazing experience at this dealership, and it was 100% because of the salesman Jorge Cortes. He was bilingual, extremely professional, and completely straightforward throughout the entire process. No pressure, no games--just honesty and transparency, which I really appreciated. He made the process so clear and transparent that I felt confident enough to drive all the way from Washington just to do this deal with him, and it was absolutely worth it! If you're coming here, ask for Jorge -- hands down the best salesperson I've worked with. He will not let you down! Thanks Jorge!

    Does this place replace batteries for Mazda keys?

    Yes, while waiting for my car I overheard service advisor going over details on another customer and he mentioned that their key fob was weak, but not critical, and offered to change the battery if the customer wanted to have that done.

He could have called before I drove there to explain the situation, nope - big waste of time. I paid for the material and left. He might be skilled but organization is not one of his talents. I gave him two stars instead of one because the material was a good match (with my help and approval).

    I waited over a month and 1/2 to get my truck in for repair because of their yelp reviews. First…read moredelay came when they reach out and said the parts were damaged. No problem, but that was the last time they reached out. I called on the new revised date when the truck was supposed to be finished. They told me it would now be Monday or Tuesday. I waited until that following Wednesday to call them. Was told it would be finished later that day. No call or text. Called the following day. It was finished, and they said they had left voicemails. No voicemails, no texts. I know they had the right number because of the communication about the damaged parts. Didn't finish the repairs(was told they would clean up the wheel from the impact). Left random parts in the vehicle that did not belong to my truck. I had asked if they could use my touch up paint for a scratch while it was there, and that I would pay for it. Cookie said no problem, and there would be no charge. . When I called to check status the first time, reminded them about that. Never did it . The body works looks ok at this point. But the communication, follow thru, and integrity is, in my opinion, lacking
