I came to Royal Moore to shop for a new vehicle after I had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Gladstone Oregon, NOT ROYAL MOORE) I was nervous but shortly after arriving to Royal Moore my worries quickly subsided by the absolutely amazing, kind, caring and honest employees that I had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with. I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don't think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this car dealership. After purchasing a used vehicle, I discovered mechanical issues shortly after, but when I brought it back for repairs, the dealership refused to even meet me halfway with the repair costs. Additionally, they kept my car for nearly two weeks to repair a battery issue as they said they were waiting on a part; however, when the car was returned to me, I found the battery had not been repaired. When I questioned them and asked for an invoice showing what was done with the battery, their story changed and I was told they couldn't get the issue to replicate, and nothing was actually done to resolve the issue. Upon returning to the dealership to explain the battery issue, multiple technicians hovered over the battery trying to figure out how to fix it for nearly an hour. I was finally approached by Daniel (Service Manager) and Omid (General Sales Manager) telling me they were going to put in a new battery to try to fix it; however, they were insistent that I sign a Hold/Harmless Agreement. I refused to sign the document since they did not repair all the mechanical issues and had been dishonest regarding prior repairs. I felt they were trying to intimidate me into signing the document with the way I was approached. Their lack of accountability, professionalism and unwillingness to stand by their vehicles made me feel frustrated and let down. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable used car or fair customer service. read more

I bought my car CX30 in 2023. In May, 2025 , I had given my car for service , with the agenda - fix the volume nob , since i could no longer slide the main control knob left or right to switch songs. I dropped my car off at noon and was told to come pick it up within 3hours. What was supposed to have taken a few days to diagnose , never got diagnosed. When I went to pick my car up, I asked if the knob was fixed. I was told and I quote - 'CX30s never had that feature' and so they cannot fix it. I had been using the car since 2023, knowing very well that the knob definitely moves left and right to switch songs. The technician that was handling my service denied this claim. I even showed her the printed feature on the volume button , that shows this feature, she told me that Mazda may have printed it by mistake , without actually implementing the feature. I continued to argue, since I knew that the button was supposed to work, even pulled up the user manual and showed it to her. She told me to stop arguing and continued to tell me that this feature does not exist. I spent over 30 mins trying to prove to her that the knob was definitely supposed to move left and right and she kept denying this claim . This is a Mazda dealership service center, I was appalled that they didn't even know the functionality of their own cars. Moreover, she was extremely rude and unprofessional and kept undermining my understanding of my own car. They didn't fix the knob. I asked her to sit in the car , while I yanked the volume knob really hard and that fixed it. Viola! It worked like it was supposed to, it could now move left and right to switch songs. Would never go back to their auto center again. read more
