We took our Ram 3500 dually to them to repair a big dent on top of the fender, dent by the rear light and a dent over the tail gate handle. The truck looks brand new. Pretty good challenge to fix and they did it. We had them paint our 99 suburban it looks great. The pricing and turn around time was the best of anyone we talked to in Washington Co. Their spam comes from Google which is very difficult to block and Google is notorious for NOT removing spammer e-mail accounts for violation of terms. As a Jeep owner "Color All" was a win for me. I use my jeep what it's primary purpose is~fun! Anyway, it was looking a bit "lived in" and I thought she deserved a spa treatment. Her spa treatment was done by a lovely young woman whose customer service skills were fun and professional and the Jeep looked great too! Here's the win, they are a fabrication shop too. Took my Tacoma PU in for some surface rust removal on the top of the cabin. Ended up getting a slightly dented tailgate replace and painted, rust for, top painted, the whole rest of the truck polished and touched up. Tim and Liz were very mindful of my budget and went out of their way to help get a replacement tail gate ordered when repair wasn't worth it. Tim was suggested by a tow company. I previously used caliber collision and compared to Tim's place I highly highly recommend ColorAll for repairs on your car. At caliber, they had my car for two-three months, and even after I had some problems which they guaranteed to fix but due to schedule problems it prolonged the fix done on my vehicle. Tim is very authentic and personable, he will go out of his way to make sure his word is his bond. He's a great guy to go and will continue to use his services. I talk with the owner of this shop Tim is the man I told him my situation as I was in desperate need of help As I wouldn't not be able to pay up my deductible due to personal issues my 2012 camaro passenger quarter panel was smash in really bad looks like an accordion and progressive gave them their quote of what needed to be done which was to cut and replace the quarter panel the job was more than 3grand with my deductible of 2 grand since I was not able to pay up my deductible I chose to get payed out and seek a less valued repair and that was when I came across Tim as he understood my situation he agreed to take my job and bang the metal out for my pay out of 1400 he tells me he will have it done in at least a week so I drop it off on a Monday I drove by and saw the car sitting out side with nothing done which made me a little upset but Wednesday comes and he only put 4hrs into it and he basically had the damaged fixed and need to be filled with bondo or whatever filler this shop uses I texted him Thursday of that week and got not response till the next following week and he sends some photos of the progress I needed my car back at this point so I can go to work and home he tells me he needs to get some bumper guides for the the car as they were not in the quoted on the quote from progressive As they did not quoted was the painting materials as well he tells me through the phone that these materials won't be more than a couple hundred dollars and if I can pay for them he will throw in his labor free and spray it for me which I thought was very generous of him as a shop owner and painter so I agreed but I told him my situation again and offer the pay it in payments and he agreed so another week goes by and it's been 2 weeks and he still wasn't done he keeps telling me it needs a little more filler and that parts were delayed and he won't be able to do anything till the bumper guides get to his shop so I was patient I'd rather have my car done right than to be now so I gave him his time and I felt happy knowing my car was going to look great but not as new my expectations were realistic enough the 3rd week comes by and he primes it Tuesday by the end of the day tells me it'll be done Wednesday so he paints it Wednesday close to the end of the day he closes at 5pm and I was expecting to get my car I've been finding my way to get transportation from work and home and for my Other Necessities so I was disappointed to not have my car Thursday comes and it's finally ready I come the shop look at my car and it looks amazing like wow their was flaws of all kinda from nips to overspray he could have corrected he obviously didn't car much about my car as I thought he did as he pulled his tape he peeled my passenger door clear off and I could Notice it he said a little bit of touch up would fix it he also chipped my right fender paint I don't know how my trim molding on the roof was torn at the end and they tried to stick it back together like I wouldn't notice and then he sends me an invoice of almost 500 dollar extra which he never said a word about and I did not agree to it and as I was questioning him about these problems and my frustration he starts to get upset any other shop should have fixed my door but this shop could care less and he starts losing his cool starts saying that the spray work was worth the money and if he didn't charge me those 500 he wouldn't be making anything And he could not charge me less because if he did he was basically giving away work which I totally understood I told him hey I'll pay you half and the cost of that and the bumper guides and he was not cool with it so I payed him full and I did tell home I would make this review online and over other social media and at the this point he was trying to get physical trying to fight with me over the situation I understood he was upset but this is not how you treat costumers I trusted this shop I still payed them and I understood when he would delay the finish day This is probably one of the worst experiences I had and a waste of my time read more
