They ran an additional PS line instead of repair and replacing the original hose line leading to a line going to nowhere in the engine compartment. They cracked the front right splash guard and the undercarriage black plastic splash guards where hanging down, without appropriate fixation. Very sloppy. All in all, second rate,,, discounted car care. Prices were in line with others. But their lack of care and underperformance had me changing to others. A non recommend.

Roadmasters' Car Concierge, Raymond, found a 1927 Model T, talked to the seller, had his mechanic talk to the seller, negotiated a price for the extras tires, went and looked at it with his mechanic (with me and my husband), hauled it back to Roadmasters, had his mechanics go over it and service it, and had his Model T guy give me lessons. They do everything! I would have never bought this type of car without knowing people that knew what they were doing and could service it and store it during the winter. I am living the dream that was mirely only a distant thought for years. (And I thought I wanted a golf cart!...this is so much more fun :) I'm so lucky to be a Model T owner that when I ride along the road, everyone smiles... but their smile is not bigger than mine!! The guy John was rude when I asked if he checked to see if there was any oil on plugs after he told me all I needed was ignition coil pack and plugs. He said all he could tell me is based on code I needed coil and plugs which they could do for $418. I paid the evaluation fee of $ 110 which couldn't have taken more than ten minutes to put code reader on. I took it to another garage to have ignition coil and plugs put in to find out that one of the cylinders was leaking oil as spark plug was covered. And I bought the factory parts for $ 118 and took 15 minutes to install.
